Hello and welcome back. Back to the pod. It has been a minute. But let me tell you, January was crazy and like the forever long a month. And. I discovered something. When I was on a retreat with my business mentor and there were some other girls there from my mastermind and we were talking through our businesses and stuff and. I am. I have changed. The name of the group program programming through pain. It is renamed to mobility make-over and the reason that I'm making this shift in messaging. Is because it better articulate what you actually learn, how to do in the program, because sometimes. Clients will be in pain because of their mobility issues, but not always. And a lot of the times it is a mobility issue. First. That sub con that sometimes can turn into a nagging pain or injury, but not always the case. And so after talking through this with my mentor and at some of the coaches that were in cohort, one of this program, I decided, Hey, I needed to be talking way more about mobility, because that is exactly what you're learning, how to solve in the program. You're learning how to solve for mobility issues and how do program. For them. So that your clients and movement patterns can be better. Because I bet that you have quite a few clients on your roster. That when I say mobility issues, you can think of quite a few. And you're like, man, Susie squat just always looks like shit. You know, she's as always bending over way too much. She's not even really able to feel her glutes very much. And you've tried different things, but you usually just end up modifying and she's gotten some improvements with this mobility issue in her squat. But you know that it could be a lot better if she had some better mobility. Either in her hips, knees or ankles. You're not really sure which one, or you might not even be sure where to look for a potential root cause of why she's even squatting that way. Like you're not even really sure what to do. You might be implementing some random stretches into their warmups and cooldowns and you know, but you're not really sure if it's helping. Inside the mobility. Make-over I am teaching you exactly where to look. For your clients with mobility issues and how to solve for it. See. A lot of programs out there we'll either teach you one or the other. You, they will be focusing on. Here's these assessments to do. But that's it. And you're kind of left with being unsure of like, What do I do next? Like how do I choose the right exercises, a for this certain issue? Or the courses are all about like just programming alone and it's more basic. And when it comes to mobility issues, these are more advanced cases. That. You can't always follow the same basic programming rules. When you are trying to fix somebody's mobility. And so. In the program and teaching you. These advanced concepts. And I'm breaking it down into a simple system for you to follow and implement with your clients. Now you might be thinking to yourself already, but actually I don't want to niche into only working with people with mobility issues. Listen. You are not becoming a niche guru. By going through this program, you are simply getting better skills and more tools in your coaching toolbox to be able to coach your clients better. And I know that if you are listening to this episode, you want your clients to get better results because that's why. People hire coaches is to get better results with how they feel, how they look, how they're feeling their body, how they're able to live their day-to-day life. And when you are able to. Have this skill. In knowledge of solving for mobility issues. You can apply it to your clients and they're going to get better results. I don't know how else to say it, but that is the truth. I don't want you to be like me and get seven years into your coaching career before you realize, oh, I really need to learn about these mobility issues, right? Like. I would have been able to help so many more people so much sooner if I would've, if I would've added this skill to my coaching toolbox earlier on in my career. And. If you're a coach, who's listening to this and you're in your first five years of coaching now is the time to learn about this.'cause I tell you. There are longing. Get the more people that you coach, the more you're going to realize, like, man. I wish I knew how to fix this, or I wish I really knew how to solve this shitty deadlift that I've tried every trick in the book. And it's still not looking any better. Wait, no more learn how to do it now. And if you are a coach who is farther into your coaching career, maybe you have been coaching for over five years. But you're still feel unsure of what you're doing with your clients with mobility issues or you're unsure or not confident in your programming skills around this. Topic of mobility. This is also for you. Because. In the 12 weeks. We are going to take this in bite sized chunks. I'm going, I make sure that it is realistic and applicable to working with your clients. Now, this is not something that you, those are the 12 weeks. When you wait to implement it, and then you start trying it. This is something that you can start implementing things with your clients as soon as week one, like we get right into it. And. What's also great about the program is that you get access to me. Group access to me through slack during the week. So like we have our group calls on Thursdays. And Tuesday through Thursday, there's a group slack where you can put client questions, client case studies, and I can help you start to apply this immediately. Right? I've been in courses before where it's like, you have, you feel like you have to get through the whole thing before you can start implementing, and then you're kind of implementing on your own and you don't really know, like, am I doing this right? And. This is not like that. I want this to be the opposite of that. So. This is my spiel for today. I wanted to give you a little behind the scenes into why I'm talking about this program differently. But the structure and core of what the program is. It's exactly the same. Just the way I am talking about it is different. So if this resonated with you and you're like, Ooh, I'm super interested. Like I want to learn more. I'm going to put the link to the landing page for mobility make-over in the show notes. Along with my Instagram handle, you can send me a DM. If you have questions. If you want to read through the landing page, it has all the information there as well as links to sign up for the program. We're on the landing page, but if you have any questions at all, please send me a DM. I'm happy to chat. And this next cohort is starting March 6th. Okay. So we have about a month until we get started. You should be reserving your spot now to make sure. That you are able to get in and get rolling. Week one. Alrighty. That's all for today. Talk to you soon.
