Hello. Hello. Welcome to another weekly recap. So I am recording this on a Monday. These usually come out on Fridays, but the end of my week was really hectic, so I was like, you know what? I'm flexing this to Monday. My boss said it was okay. So. It's fine. But this is weekly recap number 13, and for the most part, the past week was actually really good. It was one of the best weeks that I've had in a while in terms of how I felt mentally and in the new house and in a work routine. And things like that. So I actually felt pretty solid last week. I felt like I was able to really focus again, get my thoughts together, get some behind the scenes projects started. And I just overall felt like I had so much more capacity and like my nervous system could take a deep breath. For the first time in months, and that was really huge. So super grateful for that. Work-wise, a big thing that I did last week was planning out the offers I'm gonna be launching throughout June. There are two short term offers specifically that I'm going to be launching. One of them is an eight week offer. Basically eight weeks of one-on-one coaching. It's like a bite-size version of being a full one-on-one client, but this is for the person who is rebuilding strength after an injury or. They have this nagging issue that's been going on for a long time. They wanna start making moves towards actually fixing it for good but they're not ready to commit to a full six months of one-on-one. This short term eight week offer is gonna be perfect for that type of person. And then I'm also putting together a six week mentorship offer on the coach mentorship side of things. And that offer is gonna be specifically built for the coach who is doing a lot of one-on-one time on the floor, doing a lot of sessions on the floor. And they want to start to build out a remote side of their business, but they don't know how. Something that I've noticed that's a common theme among coaches who are in this situation. They say they wanna go remote, but they actually don't know how to transfer the skills that they have in person. Transferring that to online and still getting the client just as good of results and being as good as they are online as they are in person, if that makes sense. So that is going to be a six week offer that is really only launching to my email list, though, to very specific. Group of people. So if you're actually a coach listening to this and you think you're interested in a six week short-term mentorship offer like that, send me a DM with your email address and I'll make sure you are getting the emails for that. Because like I said, that's really like a behind the scenes mini launch I'm doing for people on my email list who are coaches. So if you're listening to this and you're like, oh, I think I would want more information on that, send me a dm, coach Ashley 1, 2, 7, and I will make sure you're in the know with that. And yeah, similarly, if you're a person listening to this who's interested in the eight week one-on-one offer, and you wanna be more in the note with that. I will be launching that publicly to my Instagram and all the things, but my email list does get more touch points in terms of what is this software gonna be like, who is it for? All the details, things like that. Send me a DM with your email and make sure you're in the know for the eight week offer as well. But just kind of sharing that, because that was a big part of my brain space last week is like getting things together. For those two offers so that I can start launching them this week. Hoping to get a few people in both of those. So I'm actually really excited about that. And then another big thing I did last week was planning to launch my YouTube channel. I am planning to start launching YouTube channel in the fall, but there's a lot of behind the scenes work that has to go with that because I'm doing this very strategically. I'm not. I'm gonna be only posting vlogs on YouTube which I might post vlogs sometimes, but like YouTube is a long-term strategy for me in terms of business and driving leads to my business, and so I. When you are learning a new platform with a very specific goal, there's a lot of behind the scenes prep that has to happen so that you can do things strategically so that it actually does what you want it to do. So this has actually been a goal of mine all year for 2025, but you know, moving across the country in, you know, the first portion of the year. I don't know. I just like haven't had the time or brain space to get this started. So that's a big part of my summer plans is like researching learning the platform, prepping my first batch of videos and things like that because how I do, how I actually stay consistent on, in all these different content platforms is batching. So I batch a lot of my podcasts except for this recap. And I plan to do a similar thing for YouTube in terms of batching, staying ahead so that you can be super consistent. Like when I launched this podcast, I actually had three months of episodes scheduled before I even launched it. And so. That actually made me feel really confident going into launching the pod, this podcast because I knew that I was ahead and with social media the way that it is you, it's hard to get that far ahead. On like social media platform, it's hard to get that far ahead for emails. So on other platforms like podcasts, in this case, also a YouTube channel, like I wanna get that far ahead if possible. So but yeah, so that was a big part of my week last week when I'm excited about that project and just like mapping out some things for. The quarter three and the rest of June basically. So,'cause here's like almost half over, which is literally insane. I got this year long planner for my wall or my office and yeah, it's already like almost halfway crossed off, which is crazy. But what's really exciting is I am. On track to hit my revenue goal for the year. And hopefully things will continue that way. I do have a sales goal for this month that I need to hit in order to remain on track for that goal, but I'm not worried about it. I think that it'll happen confident in that. And so that's also a really cool thing. So let me think. What else? Oh, something that I started to implement last month that I found was really cool and really helpful was, keeping a running note in my phone of wins and like wins for the month. This can be personal. You're run your own business, make it business stuff too. And just keeping track of a running tab, if you will, of wins that you've experienced throughout the month. And when I look back on my May. Wins. I'm like, oh my gosh. Like I had a lot of wins in May. And I should be really proud of that. And I think that especially coaches, entrepreneurs, we don't keep track of our wins enough. We don't celebrate our wins enough because we're always focused on the next thing. Like, oh, great sign a new client wins our next one, right? When in reality we need to sit, sit more with. The wins that we are experiencing. And so that's definitely something that I'm trying to work on as well and just enjoy the journey a little bit more instead of always being so focused on next thing, next thing, next goal, next goal. And like that's great and it's great to be driven, but that can almost take over your life sometimes and take over your mind and you actually miss. What you're actually doing currently in the present. And so I definitely that is something that I'm actively trying to work on. So yeah. But that is pretty much all I wanted to cover in this weekly recap, but if you listen to these, I appreciate you. Hope you're enjoying them, and I will catch you in the next one.
