Hello. Hello. Welcome back to the weekly recap. Look at me doing it on time. So this week I would say definitely was overall a better week than I have been having. I feel like I am beginning to come out of my funk a little bit, getting my spark back. I created a. New short term four wheel offer that I am excited about and that has definitely helped me just feel excited about my business again. So I think that has been really good for me. And yeah, so overall, still showing up, putting in the work, starting to feel like less of. Less like I'm walking through sludge all the time, mentally. And so that has been good. Sorry if you can hear Merv downstairs barking, but, you know and yeah, so. Basically that is what, what my week has involved is like brainstorming about how to structure this new offer, the messaging for it, getting the word out about it, et cetera. Which by the way, if you listen to this and you are interested in working on your single leg strength, that is what the program is all about, working on single leg strength. And I believe it's a really good fit for somebody who has been poking around my stuff, but not ready to commit to like a full assessment. Assessment package. This is a really great place to start in, in terms of seeing where things are at with your lower body, like if you have back pain, knee pain, foot or ankle pain, any like lower body issue, you're gonna benefit from this. We are gonna do a little bit of assessing. I'm gonna write you a four week progression based on the assessment results. There's gonna be a community aspect of it for accountability, support, coaching, drops, all that jazz and super accessible at$27. So. I think it's gonna be great. I haven't done anything like this before, so I'm excited to see how it goes. But yeah, so that's pretty much my update on the business and like mental side of things life-wise this week. Nothing too crazy going on right now. It's definitely been nice. It has not been as hot here. It has not been as humid. Which has been a nice reprieve from the overly hot and humid conditions, but this is what they call fake fall in the South, where it kind of fools you into thinking like, oh my gosh, maybe we know we're getting, we're done with the heat. Maybe we're getting into cooler weather, but I know better. I'm from Georgia. I know it's gonna get hot again. So it's just kind of funny to be back in the south where I know like, oh, this is the fake fall, whatever. But yeah, so it's actually been raining the past couple days, so I haven't been able to go on my walks on the trails with the dogs. But hopefully get back out there today because it is not raining. So I am excited about that. So, yeah, I feel like this recap is kind of boring honestly. But yeah, I wanted to stick to what I said I was gonna do, which was these weekly recaps. So I just wanted to get one out there. Anyways so short and sweet for today, but a little nugget I do wanna leave you with is how can you. Be more inspired, more often. So if you are somebody who runs your own business, or honestly, if you're just like a coach who has been coaching a long time, it's really easy to get in the funk. Okay. And like. Staying inspired is something that can help bring you out of the funk. And so I want you to think like, what are things that make you inspired? Whether that's being outside, exposing yourself to a new type of content, whether that's creating a new offer, creating something new like you haven't done before, trying to brainstorm ways to do new things in your business. Just something to get that like creative edge. Going again and to feel inspired has been really helpful. And I know that if you are in a funk, the last thing you are feeling is like inspired. So I encourage you to talk some, talk to someone close to you and help brainstorm like, Hey, what do you think are some ways for me to feel inspired about what I'm doing again? That is also something that has been helpful for me is talking about this with people that are close to me. And so that's my advice for you. It's helping me and I'm trying to be more in tune with what can I do that will help me feel inspired? What can I create? So yeah, hope you have a good weekend and I will talk to you next week.
