Hello. Hello. Welcome to another weekly recap. Weekly recap, number 27. I am on a roll here, but anyways, let's just get right into it. So this week has honestly felt like a bit of a blur, if I'm being honest. We still got the. Single Leg Strength Challenge going on. Next week is the last week for that. And then I have been helping out with a, another coach in the space with one of her new programs, like doing project stuff for her. So I've been doing that and then I am. Going to be setting up at like a community event tonight. So getting stuff ready for that. And just usual. Client work stuff. Football started last weekend, so that's exciting. I don't know if you listen to this, if you're a football fan or what, but I have become quite the football fan over the past couple of years. My husband, of course, he, you know, likes football and stuff, but I really didn't become like a true football fan until we lived in Buffalo. And I'm a big Bills fan, so. We have enjoyed having that around. And I'm in a fantasy football league, which is always like super fun. I feel like this year I, my football knowledge is at its highest. So I do feel really good about the team I put together. Really the, first couple times I had a fantasy league. I feel like I didn't really know what I was doing and whatever. I like sort of know what I'm doing a little bit more now in terms of like what players are good to have and like who you should you draft in the beginning and whatever. I was like a little bit. Salty because I really wanted Josh Allen as my quarterback. I ended up getting the Eagles, which is like still great. They're a top team. Obviously. They won the Super Bowl last year, so I was happy with the quarterback I got, but. And then so if you'd never done like a fantasy football draft before, basically how it goes is like the other people on your team, you're like in the app on the same time. And there's a randomized order where, you know, everybody gets, you know, their first pick, there's second pick, and each round the order changes. And so when, and then once it's your turn, you have like one minute to make a decision. So I obviously like have some players like queued up, but then like if the person before you chooses a player in your queue, then you're like, okay, well who am I gonna choose now? And it's like, becomes really stressful. Anyway, so like I was, I wanted to draft Josh Allen like early, but Patrick was like, oh, you can't draft him like too early. You kinda have to wait at the right time'cause then it'll mess it up. Anyways, it was like down to the wire, you know, we had said, okay, on the next round you should draft Josh Allen. But then there was like another running back available that was really good and he was like, oh my gosh, like you should get this running back. I promise. Like Josh Allen will still be available in the next round. And what do you know? Josh Allen was not available the next round. And so then I had to go with the Eagles which like I said, still phenomenal. Quarterback choice. It was just funny'cause Patrick was like, I, I promise, like it's not gonna get taken. Like, and he got taken. So that was just a funny thing. But. Anyways, lemme think what else is going on. So another new update in my world is I'm gonna be getting into a little bit of in-person coaching again, which I am super excited about. And yeah, I kind of, I had this on my radar when meme. Moved back to North Carolina, but I, it was really dependent on like if I found a gym or a space that fit with me, my philosophies, my approach to training, like the vibe, how they run things, all of that. And so it was really like, yes, I would like to do this, but only like at the right place. And, I found a really, really great place here that I've enjoyed so much. So I'm gonna start getting involved there. And my intentions with that is really to just get back to doing a little bit of in person. I am not intending to be full-time on the floor again or anything like that, but really just having more of a variety in my schedule between remote and in person, like. You know, 80%, my business is 80 to 90% of my work is going to be online still with just a small 10% percentage probably of some in-person stuff. I think it's really gonna help with my mental health. And if you are a coach who has ever worked remotely or done a lot of remote work. There are so many pros to it and I love the flexibility. I think it's gonna be great when we have a family. But there is an aspect of like, you can get kind of lonely and it can be hard to. Get that like reciprocal feedback from your clients remotely. It's just different. And so I'm excited to just like have a little bit of in person interaction again. And I think that's going to give me more energy for my business and just like about coaching as well because yeah, I don't know. After you do this for like. I've been doing this 12 years. Like after you do it for 12 years, it's, it's kind of like, man, sometimes I wonder like, why do I do this? Like, why am I still doing this? Like, am I even good at this still? Like I have all of those thoughts still. And so if you're a newer coach listening to this, who hasn't been doing it as long as me, yes. I still have those types of thoughts as well. So anyways, I'm just trying to find I don't know, find myself. A new groove that helps me feel energized and creative and things like that. So I'm definitely just kind of exploring, working in some different things into my schedule and seeing how that helps.'cause also when you have a fully remote business, things can get extremely monotonous in addition to feeling lonely, even if you're talking to people virtually. So anyways, that's like. A very long winded rant slash thing going on. But that is, pretty much all I got for this update. Nothing too crazy, but I am excited about just having some new things in my schedule, mixing it up a little bit. And wrapping up this mini program, you're gonna be prepping for the next mini program in October, which if you're listening to this, I will share with you. It's gonna be called strong enough to Run. It's gonna be focused on people who want to run pain free. And yeah, that's all I'm going to, that's all I'm gonna share about that. But keep an eye out about info coming out from that. We're gonna be starting that at towards the end of October. So. Anyways, that's it for me. I hope you're having a great week. If you're here listening to this, I appreciate you. I need to prep some podcast episodes for my Monday release, so we'll see how that goes. Hopefully I'll have a Monday or like another weekday episode come in at you this week, but we will see how things shake out. All right, hope you have a great Friday and enjoy your weekend.
