Hello, hello, welcome back to the podcast. Can you believe that tomorrow is April 1st? Because if you're anything like me, you're thinking, how in the heck is it already April? You know, and the scarier fact is that it means it's only eight months until the end of 2026. And if you're thinking, okay, why is she pointing out specifically eight months? Well, the average time clients spend with me to go through the full process of getting out of pain, rebuilding strengths, fixing their mobility issues, and like getting back to the activities they want to do, the average amount of time is eight to ten months of like the whole process. Like that's typically what the process takes, okay. Um, and uh at that's at minimum. Um, this means that if you have been sitting on the sidelines thinking that you have so much time to get it together this year, um, you know, I'm gonna get out of pain this year, and like, you know, I have plenty of time left, like you might not have as much time as you think, you know, depending on where your starting point is and how long you've been dealing with this, you know, chronic nagging pain or issue that you are wanting to fix. And so if I am describing you, my advice is to get started now. It's actually the perfect time, you know. The weather is getting warmer, but it is not the full craziness of summer yet. And if you get started now, you let yourself get into a groove and new routine um before the summer craziness starts, right? And you go ahead and get into this flow of moving towards your goals and working with the coach um before the summer craziness starts, and like schedules change, trips happen, you know, and if you're somebody who's like, well, I have all this travel plan, like great, that's the point of having a coach, is a coach helps you navigate everything that comes up in your life, whether you are excuse me, whether you are traveling, you know, your schedule changes, your kids are home unexpectedly, or whatever. Like, having a one-on-one coach is like we help you adapt to whatever you're dealing with to make your plan you know fit for your life. It's not this thing of like it has to look like this the whole entire time. No, things are fluid, things change, we're checking in every week, we're adjusting as needed, and like that is the pro of having a coach on your side to help you navigate the craziness of life. Because I can tell you every single client on my roster has a hectic life, and we often have to change and adjust and adapt, you know, depending on things that happen. But no matter what, they keep moving forward because they have accountability, they have someone to troubleshoot with. Um, and yeah, so, anyways, if you have been thinking about working on getting out of pain this year, and you've been putting it off, you think you have all this time. I encourage you to go ahead and get an assessment now. Let's see what we're working with, and go ahead and get this process going because I promise you, the sooner you get started, you know, you're only gonna wish you would have started sooner. That is a common thing that I hear from clients. Like, after a few months in, they're like, I wish I would have started this sooner. And so I want 2026 to be the year that you ditch this nagging pain for good. And so I have three assessment spots over the next two weeks. So if you're listening to this, you're like, Yes, I want to get an assessment, I want to see if you know Ashley can help me. Check the link in the show notes where you fill out contact form, you can go talk my Instagram, whatever. Um, you can fill out the contact form or send me a DM on Instagram, and I'll, you know, chat with you a little bit, make sure you're a good fit for the assessment, and then we go from there. This that is the first step of me working with anybody, is having a conversation, seeing if you're a good fit for an assessment, and then going from there so that I can truly make sure I can even help you before taking you on as a client. Because I only take on clients who I know I can help. So if you are listening to this, you're like, Yes, I need this. Check the link in the show notes. Let's get in touch and let's get you an assessment and make 2026 a year. You ditch this nagging pain.
