51. INTERVIEW Real Food for Real Families: Practical Wisdom from Boob to Food's Luca
In this enlightening conversation, Georgia and Jane chat with Luca, the founder of Boob to Food, about her journey from nurse and midwife to creating a business dedicated to healthy eating for children.
Luca shares her personal transformation from growing up on processed foods to becoming passionate about whole, nutrient-dense foods for her family. What began as an Instagram page documenting meals for her children has evolved into a company with 16 employees and two successful books: "Milk to Meals" for babies starting solids and "Toddler to Table" for the challenging toddler years.
The conversation also explores the challenges of navigating parenting in the age of social media, building supportive communities, and the importance of playing the "long game" when it comes to developing healthy relationships with food.
This episode offers valuable insights for parents looking to foster positive eating habits in their children while navigating the complexities of modern parenting with confidence and clarity.
