Welcome to the Moms In Motion podcast! Your hosts are Krista Williams (pregnancy & postpartum athleticism coach) and Jenn Perna (pelvic floor physical therapist). We are running our businesses, running our households, and trying not to run ourselves into the ground while juggling it all. We are here to support you through all stages of motherhood with honest, relatable, and sometimes unfiltered conversations.

We are located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and refer to each other constantly to best support moms in the area. This time of year is so hard for moms! If you have kids in full time school, daycare, or even pre-school, you know how much goes on the calendar this time of year. If you have a baby and aren't there yet, this episode is the heads up for how to plan for the future. We see moms struggling everyday, and if you are in a downward spiral because it's been far too long since you've done anything for yourself, today's episode is hopefully the kick in the pants you need to make an immediate change.
