Moms In Motion
Welcome to the Moms In Motion podcast! Your hosts are Krista Williams (pregnancy & postpartum athleticism coach) and Jenn Perna (pelvic floor physical therapist). We are running our businesses, running our households, and trying not to run ourselves into the ground while juggling it all. We are here to support you through all stages of motherhood with honest, relatable, and sometimes unfiltered conversations.
Tune into this show weekly so we can help you build your village, reconnect with your mom bod, and possibly even navigate business ownership and motherhood, better.
We are located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and refer to each other constantly to best support moms in the area. We believe the relationship between a personal trainer specializing in working with moms, and pelvic floor PT is an absolute must for moms to thrive in motherhood. Please remember that this show is not meant to treat or diagnose any medical condition, so don't ever hesitate to contact your own provider team with any concerns.
Thanks for joining us, and please reach out with feedback or questions!
