Welcome to the Moms In Motion podcast! Your hosts are Krista Williams (pregnancy & postpartum athleticism coach) and Jenn Perna (pelvic floor physical therapist). We are running our businesses, running our households, and trying not to run ourselves into the ground while juggling it all. We are here to support you through all stages of motherhood with honest, relatable, and sometimes unfiltered conversations.

We are located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and refer to each other constantly to best support moms in the area. Hovering over a toilet is a skill most females acquire at some point in life, but it's not one to brag about! Even if you can hover, it doesn't mean you should. We know what you are thinking - but what if you are in a public restroom... what if you are in a rush... what if you just have to pee real quick? None of those arguments are reasons to hover. In this episode, you'll learn all about why it's a must to sit when you use the bathroom - every time!
