The Finding Sessions
The Finding Sessions is my space to share reflections on life, creativity, and presence. After leaving a busy professional career, I’m now embracing movement, photography, art, and yoga—both as a teacher and a student—as ways to connect more deeply with myself and the world around me.
Through personal stories and guided meditations, I hope to offer moments of calm, inspiration, and self-discovery.
You can also find my photography and daily messages of positivity on Instagram @inflowwithnatalie.
My wish for you, always, is to live in positivity, health, and harmony.

#37 Caring without Carrying: A Yoga-inspired reflection on relationships
Sometimes we confuse kindness with over-giving, or compassion with being endlessly available — especially with family or close friends. But when your energy is being drained and your peace disturbed, is it still kindness?
In this episode, I reflect on the yogic principles of ahimsa (non-harm) and satya (truth), and how they can guide us to protect our inner stability, especially when emotional dynamics with loved ones feel overwhelming. This is a conversation for anyone who’s ever felt pulled into someone else’s storm — and wondered if there's a better way to stay anchored.
