Carol Vickers

Carol has an Advanced Human Resource Management Diploma and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Royal Roads University. She received her initial coach training through Core Alignment Coaching in 2007 and certification as an Appreciative Inquiry Coach in 2015. She holds the International Coaching Federation designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC).

Carol understands the impact of connecting with others in deep relationships. She shares a philosophy with her fellow coaches that we are always learning. Her work nurtures a space for connection beyond languages, ideas and differences.

Carol is first a coach but also a partner, mother and grandmother. She uses the pronouns she and her. She is grateful to live, work and play on the unceded land of the Lək̓ʷəŋən speaking people now known as the Esquimalt, Songhees and WSÁNEĆ First Nations whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day.

Christal Duncan

Christal Duncan Earle has been a lifelong social entrepreneur. She is a Métis woman with deep values built on community and kindness. She has launched numerous non-profits and social change businesses during her career. In 2000, she co-founded Live Different, a youth-centred international non-profit. She has created programs that have impacted young lives across Canada and around the globe. 

Christal has also spoken to hundreds of audiences worldwide and has coached and mentored many clients one on one. She also serves as an advisor for the Social Venture Zone at Toronto Metro University and an Entrepreneur in Residence for the Fashion Zone (Creative Innovation Studio) at Toronto Metro University.

In 2017, she launched Brave Soles, a social enterprise and sustainable fashion initiative started in the Dominican Republic with a global customer base.

Colin Kingsmill

After a decade in Swiss banking, 20 years ago, Colin began his career in destination real estate and hospitality with the largest resort developer in North America, building and operating beach, ski and mixed-use destinations.

His career has taken him from leadership positions in numerous destinations, from Four Seasons, Bora Bora to Porto Montenegro and Luštica Bay, Les Bordes in the Loire Valley and projects in Prime Central London, the Middle East and Asia. 

Colin has a Triple-Major BA in Political Science, History and French from Vancouver’s Simon Fraser University and an MBA in International Marketing and International Finance from St. Xavier University of Chicago, taken in Milan, Italy. 

He now coaches and mentors people making impactful changes in their personal or professional lives.
