The Hurdle2Hope® Show
“Unexpected hurdles interrupt all of our lives.
But it is your mindset that will define your experience.”
The Hurdle2Hope® Show is a podcast about building the mindset you need when life doesn’t go to plan.
Hosted by Teisha Rose — keynote speaker, author, and founder of Hurdle2Hope® — this weekly interview-based show features real conversations with people who’ve faced unexpected hurdles, and those supporting others through burnout, change, and uncertainty.
From health challenges and work stress to life pivots and emotional pressure, we explore how to shift your mindset to match the moment with strength, power, and resilience.
Whether you're working through something personal or supporting others through it, this show offers grounded stories and practical tools to help you move forward in a way that works for you.
This isn’t about toxic positivity or pretending everything is fine.
It’s about choosing the mindset that serves you best and learning how to do that in real life.

Wellbeing Interrupted Announcement
Teisha Rose: [00:00:00] Hey there, Teisha here, and welcome to this Wellbeing Interrupted Announcement. Sound official. Um, it's not a big, scary announcement upfront my health is very, very good. , Cancer still in remission, which is amazing, MS wise feeling stronger and stronger every day. , I'm really focusing on my health at the moment, hence taking a little bit of a break.
, Changing things up, doing a lot more, trying to do a lot more walking on our property. I'm seeing an exercise physiologist doing a little bit of work in the gym also. Part of that whole intermittent diet, I guess, is it, or eating. So I'm feeling really good diet wise, post all this hormone therapy treatment for my cancer.
So, yeah, um, everything's going really, really well. So for those who have reached out, thank you for your concern. But I promise everything is really good. I really needed [00:01:00] to though take some space, not only to make sure my health remained good. But also to sort of think about my business a bit more and the direction I want to take the podcast.
Wellbeing Interrupted. Good news is I love doing the podcast and I want to continue with that. The part of the podcast I love the most is interviewing people. Um, and I just needed some space to work out how I wanted that to look moving forward. So the announcement and everything will be live next week, is that the Wellbeing Interrupted Podcast is evolving and it's evolving into The Hurdle2Hope Show.
So The Hurdle2Hope Show will be brand new. Obviously it's still me as the host, so things won't change too much, but this will be an interview based program. The big, big change is that as well as, [00:02:00] um, getting this onto your podcasting platforms, whether you listen to me on Apple or Spotify or any of those other streaming platforms, whether you get the episodes from my website, all of that remains the same.
If you're following Wellbeing Interrupted, you will get that straight into your feed. So if you're not quick reminder, follow, subscribe to Wellbeing Interrupted. Then automatically when the new episode comes out, you will receive The Hurdle2Hope Show The other big change is we are going live on YouTube, so everything will be streamed on YouTube as well.
So no more hiding behind the mic for me. That is me. I guess pushing myself a little bit outta my comfort zone, but I think it's so important to meet people where they're at and so many people are now listening to or watching podcasts, and I think it's also really [00:03:00] important that we connect that you also see my guests and be part of that conversation we have. Also what I'm doing is some of the intros and outros to the podcast. I'll be taking you around our beautiful land a little bit as well, so you can just see and feel the energy of where we're living at Daisy Hill because. Yeah, as I've said over and over, I absolutely love it here and I feel the healing energy here, and I wanna share that with you as well.
So, really exciting things. It's amazing what happens when you have a few weeks off and a few weeks to really reflect, really connect and really work out where you want to go. So I am so excited about this. I've spoken to some incredible people already, so we're editing those episodes, ready to go, um, and interviewing someone else actually this [00:04:00] afternoon, A few more people next week as well.
So. You'll get to listen to or watch, some incredible Hurdle2Hope stories. Also, some educators, some people that we can learn from to live well, whether you're living with a health condition or not. You know, this is the podcast now The Hurdle2Hope Show is really about when your life is interrupted, how you can have an impact on that experience.
Like me, your health may be interrupted by a health condition. It might be a certain diagnosis that's different to mine. But as we also know that life can be interrupted by so many other things. And if you're living with a health condition that doesn't protect you from all the other things that can happen in life.
So we are gonna broaden this a little bit, so I don't want you to feel like this place is not a place for you [00:05:00] if you're not living with a health condition because this community is for anyone who's had their life interrupted by any kind of challenge. So that's all for me for now. , I'm speaking into my phone for the last time 'cause I won't be able to do that when I'm on YouTube.
Um, but yeah, I'm so excited about this. Thank you for all your support on Wellbeing Interrupted. I have absolutely loved where this has taken. Um, what's happened with this podcast? But I am so, so very excited by the future of where The Hurdle2Hope Show is going. So if you're not already, follow me on Instagram @hurdle2hope
Remember the number two, also the same handle on Facebook, on LinkedIn as well Teisha Rose. And yeah, I really look forward to this new [00:06:00] episode coming next week in seven days. Um, and it will be me giving a bit of an overview of what's ahead and then we'll get right into back to back to back interviews.
Can't wait. Chat soon. Hope you have a great week. Bye.
