Episode 11: Matching Energy

Today we talk about the current relational trend of "matching energy." This is when we essentially mirror back to someone the same type of behavior, attitude,  investment, that they are displaying to us. This phenomenon has created a very hands-off and detached type of connection where we work so hard to avoid addressing and embracing how we really feel. Realizing that we have a lot of power to actually shift energy, rather than just "matching" it, will lead us into more authentic and powerful connections.
