Today I do a bit of yapping about the role of fitness in my life and the ways it has contributed to my personal and spiritual evolution. I have evolved into a person I am so proud of, I manage my stress and anxiety, and I get to share the light of how this can transform a person's life just by existing and allowing people to see the way I move through life. Health and fitness are accessible to everyone, and the benefits are endless.
