Humming really starts in your early childhood. Think about it. When we are babies we are rocked to sleep by humming sounds, when we get older we make mm hmmm sounds when we agree or disagree with someone. Sometimes it’s unconsciously  like when you’re humming your favorite song. What if I told you that if you make humming a daily routine, your wellbeing can improve. Today we are going to talk about humming, its benefits, and how to include it in your life.
