Life has no instruction manual and living with mental health issues can be very complicated. What if there was a perfect, personal recipe for mental wellness?
Today we sit down and talk about just that. What is the recipe to our own mental wellness. TPP, Karen, and Jordan each share their recipes for what helps them establish and maintain peace of mind. Things like rest, healthy food, moving the body just to name a few. Grab a pen and a piece of paper because this episode is full of helpful tools that you may want to try yourselves! Karen shares her personal “non negotiables” which are essential ingredients to her wellness. If you are missing your “non negotiables”, the rest of the recipe just falls apart. No cookie cutters here, everyone's recipe is unique, and it's up to each of us to put the ingredients together for ourselves.
