Welcome to the 100th episode of Pieces to Wellness! This is a big milestone for us, and we're here to celebrate!
Pieces to Wellness has evolved over the course of these 100 episodes, and this week, Tim and Karen get a little nostalgic, remembering some conversations that have really stood out and resonated for us. We remark on what we're most proud of, reflect on what we wish we'd done differently, and share what we're looking forward to bringing to the pod in the next 100 episodes.
One thing has remained consistent throughout. Our mission here at Pieces to Wellness is to inspire, educate, and support others on their mental health journeys. Each week, we offer you some pieces to the puzzle of wellness, and that's what we're going to keep doing. It's up to you to put the pieces together.
