After having my kids in my mid-to-late 30s, I expected the normal exhaustion that comes with motherhood… but what started happening over the next few years felt different. Brain fog, mood shifts, weight changes, sleep struggles, anxiety, and feeling like my body just wasn’t working the way it used to.
For a long time, I couldn’t quite put my finger on what was going on.
Today I’m sharing my personal journey navigating these symptoms, the frustration of trying to find answers, and why I’ve decided to take the next step in understanding my hormones and overall health. I’m also talking about my experience beginning the process with Simply Wellness and the hope I feel finally getting some clarity through bloodwork and hormone testing.
