Well HELLO everyone! 

We are on an absolute high this Monday after our first Cheeky Track Night in Melbourne. Truly was a dream come true.

Phoebe is flying solo in today’s ep, and starts by chatting about how to make your running program match your lifestyle. 

We also got to have a cheeky debrief with a few of you after your races on Saturday night, which really captured just how special weekend #1 was – we can’t wait for Sydney next week!!!
