Let’s kick off another ep with some more (possibly) inaccurate race predictions… we were pleasantly shocked by the Diamond League results last weekend and thought we’d give it another crack.
We also do a deep dive into injury anxiety: What is it, how do you work through it, and Anna’s experience returning postpartum. Friend of the pod, Issie Hume, also joined in to sprinkle some wisdom on the subject as well!
These 'Am I The Asshole' running submissions are honestly too good. This week we’ve got gel littering (!), reporting runs on Strava, and overtaking people who you think are going too fast!
