Maybe you forgot how powerful you are. Because for a very long time, power looked like control. Like pretending you were OK when you weren't. Like shrinking to keep the peace, like staying silent just to feel safe.

This meditation is here to help you take back what was always yours. Not the power to dominate or fight, but the power to choose. To speak, to be seen, to be free.

Sit comfortably or lay down. Close your eyes. And take a deep breath in through your nose. And release through your mouth. Again—breathe in, breathe out. Inhale into your belly. Exhale from your chest.

Feel your body. Feel the weight of your presence in this moment. You are here. And that is enough.

Now I want you to visualize that you are standing in front of a mirror. Not just a mirror, but one that holds the truth. One that shows you not as you appear, but as you truly are—whole, soft, strong, and brave. Even with the scars. Even through the fear. You meet your own gaze. And as you look into your eyes, say in your heart:
 "I remember you. And I am coming back to you. I am coming back for you."

You see the version of yourself that existed before the pain. Before the fear. Before you were told to be small to be loved. And you see the version of you now—wiser, wounded maybe, but rising.

And now you take your hands in the vision and say:
 "You didn’t deserve what happened. But we are no longer living in survival. We are coming back to ourselves."

You now feel your spine grow taller. You now feel your breath deepen. Let yourself expand. You are not too much. You were just too powerful for someone who didn’t know how to love you.

You are allowed to speak.
 To be angry.
 To set boundaries.
 To feel pleasure.
 To change your mind.
 To begin again.

Your power is not in how loud you are. It’s in how true you are. And right now, that’s enough.

Repeat these mantras after me:

"I reclaim my voice, my body, and my boundaries.
 I am safe to be seen.
 I am powerful, even when I rest.
 I am the fire.
 I am the healer.
 I am the home."

You are not building from scratch. You are rebuilding who you truly are. To remember who you have always been.

Inhale and take a deep breath in through your nose. And exhale. Wiggle your toes. Your fingers. And whenever you're ready, open your eyes gently.
