In today’s episode, I’m guiding you through a deeply restorative Copper Frequency Meditation created specifically for women who have experienced betrayal.
Betrayal disrupts your sense of safety, drains your energy, and pulls you away from yourself. This meditation is designed to help you protect your energy, release emotional heaviness, and gently return to your body, your center, and your truth.

This meditation was originally recorded live on Zoom, so the audio may feel raw and intimate. I invite you to stay with that intimacy. Let the frequency move through you, hold you, and support your nervous system as it begins to reset after shock and loss of trust.

Copper has long been known as a powerful conductor of energy. In this practice, it supports the release of what has drained you and helps restore balance after betrayal. As you breathe, visualize, and receive the copper frequency, allow your body and mind to gently come back into alignment.

0:15: Welcome to the Dimple Vendra show. 
 0:19: Today, I am going to share with you a very beautiful meditation that's close to my heart. 
 0:27: It's copper frequency meditation for protection. 
 0:33: Detox negative energy, and to recharge your mind, body, and spirit. 
 0:40: Before we begin, a quick note, this meditation was recorded on Zoom, so the audio quality may not be perfect, but I invite you to stay present with the experience and let the energy of the practice move through you. 
 0:57: This meditation is for anyone who feels drained, unprotected, or weighed down by negative energy. 
 1:08: Copper has been long known. 
 1:12: As a powerful conductor of energy. 
 1:17: Helping us ground, cleanse, and restore balance within. 
 1:22: So we are gonna tune into this frequency to release the heaviness, strengthen our protection, and recharge our body and spirit. 
 1:34: Please enjoy. 
 1:36: So once you are settled on your chair, your cushion, or you're laying down today, however you're sitting. 
 1:45: Or laying down, just turn your palms up, and if you're laying down, you will just keep your hands out wide open. 
 1:52: That's how you basically lay down. 
 1:54: But if you're sitting, palms up and close your eyes. 
 2:00: Let's inhale. 
 2:02: Take a deep breath in through your nose on a beautiful Thursday morning. 
 2:10: And exhale. 
 2:17: Give yourself a couple of your beautiful breath. 
 2:23: Breathing in through your nose. 
 2:28: And breathe out through your nose. 
 2:36: On your next breath. 
 2:38: Let's inhale to the top of your lungs. 
 2:43: So fill your entire body with your breath and hold your breath in for just 2 seconds. 
 2:52: 12, and exhale. 
 2:59: We'll do that one more time, breathing in. 
 3:03: Holding your breath. 
 3:08: And then breathe out. 
 3:18: And as you close your eyes. 
 3:22: Let's practice staying still in our body. 
 3:29: Relax your fingers. 
 3:35: Relax all the muscles of your face. 
 3:43: And try to keep your spine in neutral position. 
 3:53: Try to keep your chin away from your chest. 
 3:57: And align your neck, your head with your spine in a straight line. 
 4:13: And on your next breath. 
 4:16: Breathe in and expand your abdomen. 
 4:22: And breathe out and relax your abdomen. 
 4:34: Keep following your breath. 
 4:39: Breathing in, paying attention to the beginning of her inhalation. 
 4:45: All the way till the end of your exhalation. 
 5:01: And if at any time you get distracted. 
 5:05: Simply come back to my voice. 
 5:09: Or your breath. 
 5:12: And both And now Bring your awareness to the middle part of your head region. 
 5:33: This region is called your hypothalamus. 
 5:38: I will call it your meditation sanctuary. 
 5:47: This area is right below the crown of your head. 
 5:52: About 2 inches below. 
 5:56: The surface of your scalp. 
 6:05: If you tell your mind to take you there, you will be here. 
 6:13: So simply tell your mind. 
 6:16: I want to focus on the middle part of my brain. 
 6:26: And when you are in this area, try to be right in the center of your head. 
 6:34: Not towards the front, not towards the back. 
 6:39: Right in the center. 
 6:45: And today we are going to design your meditation sanctuary to a place of comfort, calmness. 
 6:55: And peace. 
 6:59: You are going to be your own interior decorator. 
 7:06: So go ahead and pick your favorite vacation spot. 
 7:11: Or any spot close to nature. 
 7:18: And you are going to design the space. 
 7:24: With your imagination. 
 7:31: Because your brain does not know if it's real or not. 
 7:42: Pick a place. 
 7:45: That makes you alive. 
 7:57: You can be on the mountains in the woods. 
 8:05: On the beach. 
 8:07: On an island. 
 8:13: Beneath a waterfall. 
 8:18: I'm just giving you ideas. 
 8:23: You pick a place that comes to your mind. 
 8:30: And now visualize yourself transported to this place as if you are looking at a movie. 
 8:41: And you are. 
 8:44: The actor or actress of that movie. 
 8:51: You're seeing yourself. 
 8:55: In a very relaxed state. 
 9:00: In the same exact position that you are in right now. 
 9:08: Wearing the same clothes. 
 9:15: The difference is the place around you is so serene. 
 9:22: So beautiful. 
 9:26: Your soul wants to be here. 
 9:37: You feel the beauty of the nature around you. 
 9:46: You're connecting with every element. 
 9:51: Of Mother Earth. 
 10:02: The smell around you is so. 
 10:06: Pleasant. 
 10:09: That you simply want to inhale the fragrance. 
 10:20: It's a beautiful day. 
 10:26: It's nice and warm. 
 10:29: And you are here by yourself. 
 10:42: And now you are going to visualize. 
 10:47: The color copper. 
 10:50: Exactly the same color of a penny. 
 10:56: Visualize it. 
 10:58: Reaching from the heavens. 
 11:03: To the crown of your head. 
 11:08: This copper color. 
 11:12: Is here. 
 11:14: To increase your vibration and frequency of your body. 
 11:23: There is a portal that opens up from the sky. 
 11:29: And this copper light. 
 11:32: is about 500 ft wider. 
 11:40: And it only comes for you. 
 11:44: Touches your head. 
 11:46: And goes straight down into your spine. 
 11:54: And now You're visualizing your entire skeletal system. 
 12:02: Which means all your bones are now. 
 12:07: Simply transforming to the color copper. 
 12:19: Notice what happens to your body. 
 12:24: You no longer see. 
 12:27: Your bones. 
 12:31: In your white color anymore. 
 12:37: This copper color. 
 12:39: It's now Reaching to all of your organs and your tissues within your body. 
 12:55: From your skeletal system. 
 12:59: It penetrates now into your organs. 
 13:04: Your muscles. 
 13:06: Your tissues. 
 13:10: Into your blood. 
 13:16: So when you look on the inside of your body, everything is copper in color. 
 13:26: Let this light connect to every cell of your body. 
 13:34: Move it down your head region. 
 13:40: To your neck. 
 13:42: Into your arms and fingers. 
 13:49: Let this light now travel. 
 13:57: Into your upper body and then your lower body, touching the soles of your feet. 
 14:09: And now Your upper light travels beneath your feet into the earth. 
 14:19: Wherever you are. 
 14:23: Visualize the light now traveling. 
 14:29: And touching The ground beneath you. 
 14:37: Passing through stones. 
 14:42: Sand. 
 14:45: Pebbles. 
 14:49: Gravel Dirt So many insects. 
 14:59: All the way down into You get to a layer of the crystals. 
 15:07: Towards the end. 
 15:09: And the core of Mother Earth. 
 15:18: This light is now traveling deeper and deeper into Mother Earth. 
 15:25: And then there was a full stop there. 
 15:30: You see a beautiful diamond. 
 15:33: With your name engraved on it. 
 15:39: And you're connecting. 
 15:41: This copper light to that diamond. 
 15:49: This diamond It's so heavy that it can take. 
 15:56: All of your negativity. 
 16:01: Your trauma. 
 16:03: Your past memories. 
 16:08: This diamond is also your anchor. 
 16:14: At the core of the earth. 
 16:19: Now, with your intention. 
 16:23: Intend to release. 
 16:26: Any emotions? 
 16:31: Any energy that no longer serves you anymore in a form of a color. 
 16:38: And let the color be. 
 16:41: Smoky gray. 
 16:45: And imagine that it's leaving your body and traveling downwards. 
 16:53: Into the same connection. 
 16:58: And then Into the diamond. 
 17:05: Let it release from every inch of your body. 
 17:12: And when you're seeing yourself. 
 17:16: You're seeing smoke coming out of your body and leaving you. 
 17:22: Penetrating into Mother Earth. 
 17:27: So that Mother Earth can neutralize it for you. 
 17:34: Release it now. 
 17:43: Until you cannot see any smoke left within your body. 
 17:50: Let go of your pain. 
 17:55: Let go of your doubts. 
 18:00: Let go of your fears. 
 18:11: And now Gaia is transforming. 
 18:20: All your negativity. 
 18:23: And giving back to you something beautiful. 
 18:30: She neutralized it for you, and now you visualize her energy. 
 18:37: Coming up from the diamond, and now this diamond turns into Oh, diamond filled with the color violet. 
 18:57: This violet diamond is yours. 
 19:02: Filled with love. 
 19:06: Power And your transformation. 
 19:13: It is here to awaken you. 
 19:21: You are going to bring on. 
 19:24: This violet in the form of a flame. 
 19:32: Let the flame reach. 
 19:36: The connection you created between you and the diamond. 
 19:42: And move it upwards. 
 19:46: It's passing through the crystals. 
 19:50: Soil, water, insects, and dirt. 
 19:58: From 500 ft below the surface of the earth. 
 20:04: It's coming up. 
 20:06: 400 ft. 
 20:09: A little higher to 300 ft. 
 20:14: 200 100. 
 20:19: And now it reaches the soles of your feet. 
 20:25: Bring all this violet flame from your feet to every part of your body in an upward direction. 
 20:38: Move it into your legs. 
 20:43: Into your belly, into your chest, to your arms, into your headspace. 
 20:53: And now expand the violet flame outside of your body. 
 20:59: Forming a beautiful circle. 
 21:03: And visualize this violet flame is. 
 21:08: Circling around you. 
 21:12: And spinning in clockwise direction. 
 21:18: To help you form your beautiful, energetic boundary. 
 21:27: You are in the center. 
 21:30: Of your own sacred healing space. 
 21:37: Notice the violet flame in front of you, behind you, to the left of you. 
 21:44: And to the right of you. 
 21:47: Above your head and below your feet. 
 21:53: And outside the violet flame, you are going to invite your favorite. 
 22:01: Angel Or anyone you pray to. 
 22:11: Or any elements of nature standing outside your violet flame. 
 22:19: They are going to protect your energy from this day onwards. 
 22:27: Use images of mountains. 
 22:31: Or trees. 
 22:34: Or animals. 
 22:38: In all direction, they are your fence. 
 22:44: On this planet. 
 22:47: Your guardians. 
 22:50: So nothing can come and enter your sphere anymore. 
 22:57: And you can walk on your path. 
 23:03: With ease and grace. 
 23:11: Nor is the strength within you. 
 23:15: And affirm with me. 
 23:18: I And powerful. 
 23:23: And I am divinely protected. 
 23:31: Take a deep inhale in through your nose. 
 23:38: And exhale. 
 23:42: Remember, you can always go back to your meditation sanctuary. 
 23:49: Any time of your day or evening. 
 23:55: You just need to remember. 
 23:59: To go into the center part of your headspace. 
 24:04: This is inside of you. 
 24:07: And no one can take that away from you. 
 24:13: Move your fingers, bringing your awareness to your beautiful self. 
 24:20: And bring your hands to your heart. 
 24:23: And let's rub your palms together to spread positive energy of this meditation all over your body. 
 24:32: First, please touch your eyes with both of your hands. 
 24:37: Grab your hands again. 
 24:39: Please touch your ears. 
 24:43: And please touch your chest. 
 24:50: Rubbing your hands again, spreading it into your belly. 
 24:57: And now Spread the beautiful energy to your lower back. 
 25:04: And Your knees.
