Victor Gurel is the CEO of Trailblazers, leading trail and active transportation development across Northwest Arkansas. A lifelong builder turned cyclist, he founded and led Custom Electronics Inc. before retiring to pursue his passion for cycling, community, and connection through access, health, and infrastructure.
