Listeners are invited to envision their body as a peaceful lake, sending ripples of relaxation throughout. The meditation then shifts to a cosmic perspective, guiding them through space and time to meet their Future Self 20 years ahead. Through this connection, participants receive insights, guidance, and a symbolic name representing their essence. The experience concludes with a gentle return to the present, encouraging reflection and integration.
