Highland Yoga was founded in 2015 by duo Elsie Brotherton and John Irvin. Since opening its first location in Atlanta's Virginia Highland neighborhood, Highland Yoga has since grown to 9 studios around Georgia in Atlanta, Alpharetta, and Athens, and will be opening in Nashville, TN in 2024.
Highland Yoga classes are transformational. They are designed to empower students to connect with their most authentic selves and with others in genuine ways, creating a community that feels like family and a place that feels like home. Real Yoga. Real Community. [Real Sweaty.]
