It Started as a Challenge… Now It’s Who I Am
This week, I’m getting personal. Back in January, I made a commitment to get outside for a walk every single day in the month of January- even through Michigan’s cold, dark and generally unenjoyable winter. What started as a month long challenge quickly turned into an almost year long habit… and eventually, part of my identity.
In this episode, I’m sharing what I’ve learned about discipline, discomfort, and how real change happens - not overnight, but through small, consistent actions that reshape who we become.
