Well, I think one of the biggest mistakes that women make is treating all overwhelm the same. We say things like, I need more motivation. We say, I need better routines. We say, I just need to get organized. But what if that's what if these things aren't actually the problem? What if you're trying to solve the wrong problem entirely? Because here's what I see all the time. Women assuming they're stuck because they're lazy or because they're unmotivated or because they lack discipline.

And in all honesty, that's rarely the issue. Different kinds of stuck require different solutions. And when you use the wrong solution, you stay frustrated because nothing changes. You keep spinning, you keep trying, you keep wondering why it's not working when the real issue is that you're applying the wrong fix to the right problem. Today I want to walk you through the five most common types of stuck that I see in midlife women.

And I want to help you figure out which one you're actually dealing with. Because the woman who is exhausted doesn't need the same solution as the woman who is afraid. And the woman who is overwhelmed doesn't need the same solution as the woman who's waiting for permission. So let's get into it.
