As this year comes to a close, many of us are feeling the need to release what no longer fits.
In Chinese astrology, this is the Year of the Snake, a year of shedding old layers, beliefs, and patterns. And as we move toward the Year of the Fire Horse, the energy begins to shift toward creativity, movement, and forward momentum.
In this video, I guide you through a Sacred Page practice to gently close out this year, letting go of what you’re done carrying and making space for what’s next.
This is a simple creative practice.
You don’t need to be artistic.
You don’t need to have clarity about the future.
Just a few quiet minutes and a willingness to listen inward.
