Hey guys. Welcome back to the podcast. And I'm so excited for today because we have a special guest. So she me so much. I saw her, I was listening to her podcast and it was crazy. She went from making logos, asking 500 euros, making websites. And now she's having a seven figure business. It's so crazy for me. Like now she's here. She was going to talk about like her whole process and also, yeah, she went from lack of money and also not a lot of self love and now she's like driving. It's like, Oh, I love to see it. So thank you so much to be here and I'm so excited to talk with you. I'm so excited. We were like me and Kim were having some like tech issues I'm like this universe like not want us to record together and then like that minute we let it go It started I was like classic. Yeah, I was like, oh no, why did this happen even today? We were trying to figure some things out and was like no not again because it happened again with the audio But now the universe wants us to be together. So it's okay Yes, but Marley just Yeah, tell me a little bit more you went from making websites like asking 500 euros and also you were working like three jobs And now you have like a full time business how was the transition for you? Tell me more how it was for you. Yeah, so it's actually crazy because right now I'm in LA and This was like one of the first trips I took like four Four years ago when I was just starting my first business And I remember coming to LA and like doing all the things and wishing like oh One day I hope I can do this and be like this and earn like this And now coming to LA this time i'm like literally living that life So it's been so wild to me like yesterday at the I was at the beverly hills hotel And I remember going there before and like I ordered like the coffee and it was like nine dollars or something And But like one day I'll come and stay here and then like, it's just like so crazy to me that like truly like whatever you desire you are capable of achieving. And so yeah, it's been a really full circle moment being back in LA. But my journey started. Really, when I was graduating from university, I really wanted a life of freedom. I wanted to be able to go wherever I wanted, do whatever I wanted. I'm like a plant, I thrive in the sunshine. Like, when I'm in the sun, and near the beach, and like, when it's hot, I thrive. When it's winter, I turn into an actual raisin. And so, when I was graduating university, I had, you know, I always wanted the benefits. I wanted the job, I wanted the consistency, I wanted that. Cause my, uh Parents were entrepreneurs and I was like, hell no, I'm not doing that. I'm not struggling that way. I'm not it was very inconsistent They really struggled so like no but I think entrepreneurship is kind of a thing that gets like passed down in blood because Even though I rejected it so much. It was like It was just something that I couldn't avoid. So, when I'd go home every summer, um, all my friends would be interning at like, Deloitte and like, all these like, cool internships. But because I'm from like, literally a town that has a stop sign, there's like, nothing to do. Except for work in the restaurant. So I was like, oh, well, because I live in a very like, touristy town, let me start like, You know doing logos and websites for these small towns and like you said like I remember the first time someone paid me 500 and I literally almost like shit my pants. I was like, oh my god This is might as well be like 5 million like it was the most exciting thing to me And so I started to realize oh wait, like this is so fun Like being able to work for yourself do what you love I can work for my laptop And so I started to like plant seeds of like, okay, maybe this is how I leave canada Like I thought that I was gonna like do like a visa in australia and that's how I was gonna leave But I started to get excited Expanded by all these people well not really all these people But I would see people online and I read like the for our work week by Tim Ferriss I started to find these little pieces in these pockets of people who are doing what I'd want to do Which is now called like digital nomadism, but like no one talked about that So I was like yeah I declined the corporate job offer. I started my business. It took me about a year. And like you said, I had two other businesses. I was like serving in the evenings. I was working part time in the day. Running an entrepreneurship center. And then I was building my business. And it was so much fun. It was such a fun time in my life. And I, during that time, you know, it took about, like I said, a year, and at the end of that year, I had a very traumatic thing happen to me. I lost my father, and he, he took his own life. So, this was a pivotal moment in my life, because I said to myself, Okay, either this is gonna make me, or this is gonna absolutely fucking break me. Because me and my dad were best friends. Still are best friends. And, um, I went on my first healing journey. So I had been through some things like, you know, going through university, suffering with self confidence, self esteem. I had hormonal acne, like cystic acne all over my body, you know, very inflamed, was like 20, like, like 30 pounds heavier than I am right now because I was so out of alignment. Um, and when that happened, it was like, okay, I was dabbling in podcasts at this time, dabbling, I just watched The Secret, um, and I was like meditating for maybe like three minutes a day. But this was like, okay, this is the beginning of your healing journey. So I went right into therapy and I also was like really called to try Reiki. And, and so I did Reiki and I did talk therapy for about a year. And that started my like, I want to say like healthy obsession with personal development. So then I found Gabrielle Bernstein and I found all of these practitioners that we know and love. And I started to learn about inner child healing. I started to learn about anxiety. I started to learn about depression. And I'm like, Oh, that's what was going on. Like I had no education around any mental health. And. And obviously it was very near and dear to me because I lost my dad to mental health. So I really made it my life mission to understand as much as I could about healing, self love so that I would never do what my dad did to our family and also to help others to never do what my dad did to anyone else. Like I just, it became my mission to help heal people so that that doesn't feel like people's only option. And what ended up happening is that while I was also building my business, Things were not taking off as well as I wanted it to be. I'm like, why am I not making a million dollars yet? And so, I was learning about subconscious reprogramming. I was learning about your thoughts and how they create your reality. And I was learning about scripting and manifesting. And I was like, wait, this is the coolest thing ever. Like, and I started manifesting things. Like, I remember once I wrote down a list of six things I wanted in three months. And this was the first time in my entire life, this was maybe like five years ago, that I wrote down what I wanted. Like, the rest of my, before all that, I was just letting life happen to me, and I was like, wait, I can set a goal? Like, I just had my self worth is so low that I didn't even think that I could, like, accomplish what I wanted, but through expansion and through learning, I was like, okay, maybe I can actually do this, and then those six things happened within the same month, and I was like, Okay, wait, there's something here. And so again, I became really obsessed with manifestation and understanding the law of attraction and laws of the universe, basically how the universe works. And I always thought that things happened to me and I was lucky, but I realized, no, I'm making these things happen. And so what I did is I started to apply the tools that I was learning from healing the grief from my dad. And I started applying that to money. I started applying that to business. I started applying that to every area of my life. And. Things skyrocketed and I was living in Australia. I finally left Canada. I was living in Australia. I was living my dream life I had the boyfriend I always wanted. I had the body I always wanted I had the beachfront apartment Bondi that I'd always wanted and everyone's like, how are you doing this? Like like because they all knew my story like they knew what happened a year ago And they're like, how did you go from that to this? Like it doesn't make any sense and I'm like Well, I'm just doing like this. Like, I'm just working on my mindset. I had all these tools I was doing and I just assumed everyone was doing that because it was so normal to me and everyone's like, when I started to talk to people, they're like, we're not doing any of that. And it was so interesting, but because I was helping people's websites, I was helping them with one facet of their business, but it felt really out of alignment to me because People would think that the website was going to make their business. And I was like, it's not the website. It's your belief system. So I almost felt like a fraud kind of like selling websites, selling that I'm going to help people's business when I'm like, if you don't believe it's possible for you, this website is going to do literally nothing. So it took me a while because I had built this business to like making more a month. Then my corporate job had offered me for a year's salary and again, I'm from a very small town So like making a hundred thousand dollars a year is like you're the kardashian So when I was like earning fifty thousand dollars a month, it was like I fucking made it like like I didn't even know This was possible like like That's what I was aiming to make a year if I was lucky. And so I got very comfortable in that, that money. And like, I kind of let my ego take over a little bit, but I was miserable. I was like every day crying, overwhelmed. Just because it wasn't in alignment. Now I just know. But so then, It took me a while, but at the beginning of 2021, I pivoted and I started my mentorship business, where I help people do what I do, which is build a life of time, location, financial freedom through your business. And my unique approach is by mostly we're going to talk about your mind, because once you have the tools, once you have the offer, once you have the sales page, once you have the funnel, those are all very important. Just like a house is our foundation is. and necessary to build a home. But once that's done, it's irrelevant. Because I just had a, I literally just had a 50k launch on an offer that I didn't even do a launch for, and I don't even have a sales page for. So that just shows that when something's in alignment and when your mindset is incongruent with your desires, it naturally flows. You don't have to force it or try. It naturally flows, but you need the foundation to set it up. So the way I now teach business and teach others is like healing your mind. Um, which is also why I came out with the app because I feel like my Dharma, my sole purpose here. Is to help people heal from mental health and the thing that has changed my life Fundamentally how I've manifested everything in my life how I went from earning five hundred five hundred dollars a month to a hundred thousand Dollars a month is through subconscious reprogramming and when I was in this journey I literally could not find if I I couldn't afford to work with any practitioners It's like, it was literally like a 500 an hour and I was like, yeah, right, that's like my rent. Um, and there was no affordable way, so I like, did I wide it for as long as I could? And I promised myself once I figure this out, and once I learn how to do this, I will teach others how to. So, my app is helping people with more anxiety, mental health, depression. money mindset, attracting money mindset for anyone doesn't have to be entrepreneurs. And that's really where I'm going to scale now is like helping the masses heal so that you can create your dream life. If it's being a stay at home mom, if it's traveling the world and living the life that I like to live, if it's just moving to Mexico because you want sunshine all the time as well, like whatever your Dharma is, I want to help get you there. Yeah, it's so crazy. It's like from where you came from, money mindset, also not a lot of self trust and now you're thriving. It's also because you did it by yourself. You were working on your goals. You have more self love after a while and you want to teach other people for that. It's not about like the main thing, how to sell some things, but it's about the mindsets. And every time when I open your Instagram, I really love it. It's always talking like, how can you create that mindset and how can you support other people with that. But it all starts in the mind. And if you don't feel good and if you're not in the right spot, you will never grow your business or you will never travel the world or somewhere else. And I'm so happy to hear that heal to yourself and that you, are now driving, even though you said like you were working on some goals and you thought everyone was doing the same thing. Because sometimes we think like, okay, other people are doing the same, but it's not always like that. But what were the six things that you told me that you were working on when you weren't in a good spot at that point? Like, what were my goals? Yeah, yeah, back then. Like, six goals that you set. Like, now I'm gonna change my mindset. And now I'm gonna work on these six things. Oh my god, that's such a good question. I actually don't remember. It was so long ago, like it was in 2019, I think. So I think it was, it was like frivolous things. It was like, I want to sign one new client. It was like a Tim Ferriss exercise. It's like, what do you want to have? What do you want to do? And what do you want to be? And it was like, Oh, it was like, I want to go to LA that ironically, which is funny. That was like the first time I went, I manifested a trip to LA. I manifested the clients that I wanted. I manifested, um, I think it was like a, a promotion at work or just like, or the amount of money I want to make that month. I can't exactly remember. That's such a good question. I'd love to go back and like, find that. It would be so cool. It would be so nice if you see like all the goals and guys, she did everything. She has her business also like the self love I think everything which we wrote down, it all happened. How crazy is that? So that's so good also about like yeah the manifestations like how did you manifest your dream partner for example like spill the tea how did you do it? Okay, okay. So, I, that was an interesting journey. So, I, this, wait, what year is it? No, okay, at the beginning of last year. I, um, I have this theory that when you find your sole purpose, There's like three things. You have your sole purpose, you have your sole home, and you have your sole mate. And once you get one, it will, I, everyone can get them in different orders. I don't think it matters in the order, but once you get one, it will lead to the next one, which will then lead to the next one. I don't know, it's like a theory that I'm developing. So, I was really in my sole purpose, like, I was running my business, this business that I'm in now, helping people build these, this life of freedom, and it felt so alive, I was so happy and I was so content. But the two things I didn't have was my sole home and my sole mate. So, I, at the beginning of last year, I thought I was meant to live in Bali. Like, I, I purchased a villa in Bali, like, I was like, Bali's my place! And then I left Bali, and don't, I'm like, don't worry guys, I'm gonna be back in two weeks. Like, I'm not gonna be happy leaving Bali. I haven't been back for two years. I left, and I was like, oh my gosh, that's not my place. Which was almost like an identity crisis for me, because my identity was Bali. Like, people followed me because I lived in Bali. Like, it was just my thing. When I left, I realized I was like almost in a toxic relationship with Bali, like it just wasn't, it had served its purpose, and then I kind of was like over stretching it, and I think that was also exactly mirroring in my relationship. So I was also in a relationship that I was like, knew wasn't right, but I was still staying in it. So two things happened, when I left Bali, I was like, where's my, where am I meant to be? Because I know I'm not meant to be in Canada. So I actually thought I was going to move to LA. Um, and then, at the beginning of last year, I was in Mexico, and my best friend called me, and she was like, I'm moving to Cape Town, and I'm like, oh my god, that's so crazy, because everyone keeps telling me to go to Cape Town. It was like the weirdest thing. It was like, Random strangers that I meet like you love Cape Town. You should go to Cape Town. I'm like, what's Cape Town? I never even heard of it before And I the more I heard about it. It was incredible, but it was very dangerous So like I knew I didn't want to go alone and I didn't know what we were trying to make Cape Town happen It just wasn't happening. So I just was like Okay, but then I was in Mexico and my friend called me and she was like, I'm like, just she's I'm moving to Cape Town, but I can't find a house. I'm like, why don't you just move to Mexico with me? I'm having such a good time. And she was like, why don't you move to Cape Town? I'm like, I can't move to Cape Town. I'm in Mexico. Like I'm going to Costa Rica next month. Like I can't. And then I'll like for fun. Let me just check the flight. And we weren't gonna have this phone call. It was like a very random phone call. And I was like, let me just check the flights. And I look, I'm like, Oh, that's weird. There's literally a flight from Cancun to Cape Town for 500, which is like nothing. And I was like, booked it. I was like, I'm gonna book it. I'm like, that's the universe being like, here you go. Like, fucking go. Because if it was like 2, 000, I would have been like, ah, I'll just stay, but like for 500, I'm like, this is steel. Like I'm going to go to South Africa. Like, cool. Um, so basically landed in Cape town, uh, and I was meant to only be there for two weeks, but then the moment I landed, I got an email because I was meant to fly back to Miami in two weeks, the Miami thing got canceled. And I was like, that's interesting. Like, I feel like I'm maybe meant to stay in Cape town longer. Then the Uber picks me up and the license plate is one, one, one, one. And I'm like, that's interesting. Then I. So I, I'm there for like a week and I'm like, wow, wow, I love it here. Like I could probably, this is probably where I'm going to stay in Cape Town summer. Like I'll come here for the summertime in Cape Town summer, which is opposite to European summer. So it's perfect. I'll have summer all year round. This is perfect. And then my friend was, my best friend was only going to be there for two weeks because she was leaving. So I was like, I'm obviously going to leave when she leaves because I'm not going to live in Cape Town alone, I know no one. And then after, and then I was like, whoa. I somehow convinced her to stay an extra week. And then when she left, I'm like, I'm actually going to stay. Like, I love it here. And I kept extending my stay, and then I stayed for two months in total. And on the very last week of the two months, I Was like this is my soul home like this is where i'm meant to be i'm obsessed with this place This is everything i've ever wanted. It's my dream place And I decide on that day And this is gonna sound so stupid, but the girls who get it will get it Which i'm like, I would rather live here in the winter Than move to europe in the summer and come back and have summer all year round like i'd rather experience Be in Cape Town, experience winter. Cause I know if I go to Europe, I'm just going to be waiting to come back down to Cape Town. I'm like, why would I do that? I just want to live in Cape Town and I'll sure. Winter I'll just do winter. It's fine. It's also Cape Town winter. So it's not Canada winter. That's also the day that I found my home. So I, I had my dream home and I manifested that home that day. I, there was like 30 people interested in this home. I got that home. And that's also the day I met my partner. Like, so it was like, Okay, like so I was in Soul Purpose, found my soul home, found my soulmate. Okay. Then it's like, you had to stay there because you went to Bali. You also went to, I saw that Mexico, Thailand, even like, I think Portugal, I guess that you went to. Yeah. Yeah. A lot of places. And even though you thought like, no, Bali is my place and it's so beautiful there, but still you said like, okay, maybe the feeling was like, maybe I'm going to stay there. Maybe Cape town is where I belong. And you had that feeling, what's the reason why you were thinking that's my living here. Like, what's the reason why you thought I'm going to stay here? So, I kind of always knew what my, like, non negotiables were in where I want to, like, settle. And, the thing is, I'm not the type of person that I'm never going to settle in one place all year round. That's just, like, not my energy. Um, I see now that I'll live in Cape Town definitely for six, nine months of the year, and then I'll come to LA for a couple of months, I'll go to Europe for a couple of months, like, that's just my vibe. Um, but I knew I needed a base. My soul needed a base. I needed a home to go back to because I was really sick and tired of living out of a suitcase. I lived out of a suitcase for literally, like, pretty much like five years, because even when I was in Bali, I was moving every month. Like, it was insane. So I did a lot of healing around that. That was actually just like a, That was just like a trauma response of like never, like always feeling like I need to run. So once I healed that, then I also found Cape Town. So it all kind of like added into each other. The way I felt when I landed in Cape Town, I felt like I was home. It's like this feeling. It's also the feeling I felt when I met my partner. I remember like one of the first times we kissed, it was like this. I just had this voice say like, you're home. Like, I just felt home with him like a week after our first date. Like, like, like. Like very calm, very just like grounded and I feel like I'm in L. A. right now and I love L. A. but I don't want to stay in L. A. Like I love it but I'm like this is not my home whereas like when I go to Cape Town it's my home. Like it's my soul home and I'm cautious to say that because I know I'm not live there and it's such a privilege for me to even go there and like be welcome into a country that's not mine. Um, but I try to give back as much as I can, like show my gratitude to South Africa because I love it so much. And just this feeling that I felt and like the lifestyle that I've always desired and like thought of and imagined just perfectly fit into Cape Town. And like same with my partner, like the person that I always dreamed of being with, like little things like Like, just the way he is around other people, and the way he treats other people, the way he gets excited about dogs, the way we have the same hobbies, it's like, that's what I always dreamed of, and it's like, And he shows me and Cape Town shows me that I get to have it all. So like my dream growing up is like, I watched the show, the OC, and I was like, literally obsessed with the show, the OC, and I always was like, I want to live in California and dah, dah, dah. And I want to like, after work, I want to go to the beach and like, have like a beach bonfire and be with all your friends, like play in the ocean and then come home and like be in your bathing suit and like live this like beach lifestyle and like, that's my lifestyle in Cape Town. It's just like beachy and it's fun and it's easy. And like, and I get to play tennis and I. I have tennis lessons every week and I'm in sunshine all day long. I'm surrounded by palm trees. I'm surrounded by Crystal blue white palm beaches like white sand beaches out of my door. It's like this is my dream life So it's like it's just this knowing that like when you get there and you achieve it It's just like this inner like i've like so you see i've been i've been many places around the world Like i've been to 30 countries now because it was my goal by the time I turned 30 I want to hit 30 countries and I just hit 30 countries You So I've been to 30 countries and nowhere felt like home the way Cape Town does. So it's like, and it's also like, I've met a lot of people in my life, but no one has made me feel the way my partner makes me feel. It's just like, inner knowing. Yeah, it's amazing. And also that you feel like home, that's so special. Like LA is nice. Bali is nice. But when you were in Cape Town, it's like, okay, I belong here. And even though it's crazy that you saw your dream partner at the same day, like, how was it for you when you saw him? Like. Spill the tea. What happened that day? How did you meet him? Oh, it's actually kind of funny. So like, I, very weird. Like, I was not looking for anyone. So, and I know that's like such a cliche saying, but when we got there, my, my girlfriend was like, I want to get wifed up. I want a boyfriend. I want a husband. I was like, I couldn't even say the word husband. I was like, I don't like, I want to have fun. Like I just landed in Cape Town. I also had just broken up with my ex boyfriend like two months ago. So like, I'm not looking for anyone. Like I'm focused on me. Like. Not looking for anyone and I so the day that I met him I was also kind of seeing someone and I really liked this guy. Like I was super hung up on this guy So I it was really strange. I was standing. I wasn't gonna go to this bar I actually wanted to go to another bar and then my friends like let's go here and I was like, okay And I didn't see him, but I was just standing there just bopping And someone came up to me, and was like, Hi, have you met my friend Tien? And I was like, and then I turn around and I look at this like, tall guy, and uh, he was like texting, and I'm like, whatever. Didn't think anything of it, kept looking forward. And then he like, and then he kept approaching me, and he was like, Hi, I'm so sorry, I was just making sure my friend got home safe, like, what's your name? And I was like, I just, again, I'm like, I'm leaving tomorrow because that was the day, that's the day I manifested my home, I manifested everything, but the next day I was flying back to America for a month and then I was officially moving back to Cape Town. So I was like, not interested, I also was like, super hung up on this other guy, so I was like, do do do, okay, hi, like, like, didn't really think anything of it. Um, and then, and like, to this day, we have no idea who this person was that introduced us. We, it wasn't one of his friends, it wasn't one of my friends, some universal divine intervention. And, um, and so we spent the night together, but like, again, like, Like, just, like, not the night, but like, maybe like three hours. And immediately he got my number, he was like, I want to take you on a date, like, and I didn't, I think, I can't remember if that's when I told him that I'm leaving, but we just was like, he was like, what do you do, and he was like, such high energy, and I was like, whoa, like, I was completely sober at this bar, and he was like, whoa, super high energy, and I was like, who is this guy? But I just like, and again, I wasn't thinking about it, and then like, the next day he texts me, he's like, okay, I want to take you on a date, and I was like, okay, like, again, it wasn't late. Like, I'm like, he's really, he was also dressed up for like a 90s party. So I'm like, what is this guy wearing? Like, um, Anyways, it really caught me off guard and then the next day, but then we kept missing each other. We kept missing each other and like, and then I left and he was like, I don't know why, but the universe just needs a month. Like, I'll see you when you get back. And I was like, oh, Why is this guy talking with the universe? Like, what? And then, weird things would happen while we were gone. Like, I'm like, we were talking while I was gone, and I'm like, I don't know why, but I feel like I need you to send me this set. And it was like a Fredigan set. And then, he sends me a screenshot. He's like, I'm literally listening to this right now. And I'm like, that's so weird. And then, like, the way, Like my my ex like didn't really like dogs. This is such a weird thing but i'm obsessed with dogs and like And then he's like wait, you have a dog like show me your dog Like I love dogs and I was like, I love dogs and then he's like I go surfing I serve like it was just we had so much in common. But again, I was not thinking about it I was like so pre I had but I in the month of may I was on like 11 flights Like I was jetting around and then when we came back, um We kept missing each other again And then and then it was like the beginning of july And then we went on our first date finally. And then, and then it's just pretty much like been like, I was like, Oh wait, this is what this is supposed to feel like, Oh, this is alignment. Like, this is, this is. Not settling. This is getting everything that you desire. This is the person that I've always dreamt dreamed of. I didn't even know they could be real. Yeah, it's crazy. And sometimes it happens that moment when you say like, no, I don't want to have a boyfriend. I don't want to have anyone else. And they, then they come, it's always like that. But I'm so happy that he is in your life. Also, is he supporting your business or how is he helping you with that? Yeah, so he's also an entrepreneur, which was a non negotiable. Well, I'm like, they don't have to be an entrepreneur, but they just need to like get it. So he's also an entrepreneur and really interestingly, like I help people make money and he helps people make money as well. So he's a, well, he owns a wealth management fund in South Africa. So like he helps make people rich and so do I, but just like in different ways. So he is the, and that was actually another thing is with my previous partner, he never supported me and he was always very like, He would put me down a lot, um, for if I, if every time I did something that was like exciting, like when I bought my villa, he like fought with me the whole night and I just was like, Oh, it's okay, you know, and I would always dumb myself down. And then when I was like, I'm not doing that anymore. Like, I want to be with someone who supports me and cheers me on is like excited for me. And like, he is my biggest cheerleader. Like I, I didn't know this type of support was possible. Like he is so supportive. Um, And he, he, like, by next year will also be, like, freedom, like, have a freedom lifestyle, so we will, like, travel the world together, probably, like, starting next year. Um, so again, that was non negotiable for me, like, has to be flexible, can't be in one place at one time, but, like, on our first date, he was like, just give me two years and I'll be able to travel the world, and I was like, Who is this guy? Wow. It's so nice. And also that he supports you. It's so important when you have your own business that you have a man next to you who supports you and who likes to listen to you. And I'm so sorry that it happened in the past with you, with your ex, but then you realize it's possible to have a man who supports you and. Who has the same value as you, because yeah, you're supporting other people, other girls to have like the same thing, same with your app. You're helping other with their limiting belief to have a bigger business. Like, tell me more about your app because it's so nice that you have your own app and that you help other people with it. Tell me more about how you can help other people through an app. Okay. So. The app came out because it was like two years ago that I was like really into hypnosis and subconscious reprogramming So I just went on the app store because my coach at the time had recommended a hypnosis app and I'm like This is the clunkiest ugliest thing ever like there has to be like a nicer Vibier like situation and there wasn't and I was like, that's weird, but I didn't think anything of it and then one morning I woke up with this thought of like you're gonna create a hypnosis app and I was like What and I was like, wait, yeah, like like I can do that because I had just got certified hypnosis I was using it had helped me my whole life like I and it helped me like manifest my dream body manifest Self love, manifest money, like it's been the catalyst to my biggest like, I've done all the healing modalities and, and hypnosis is truly like what changed my life. And so I was like, Oh, and then when I first started I actually ended up partnering with my ex boyfriend and one of my clients But it just was not working like no one took complete ownership over it Like we were all busy. So it just like for like a year like nothing really happened So at the beginning of last year, I was like guys and I was just breaking up with my boyfriend kind of so I was like guys I love you, but like i'm gonna do this on my own like I need this was like I should have just done it on my own from the beginning, but lesson learned. And they were all super understanding. They're like, yeah, of course, just do it. And so it took me about, it took me all of last year to develop it. But like, I literally would like sketch out exactly what I wanted to look like. I designed it all. And then I worked with a development team to create it. And I can, it's actually shocking to me. Like, The growth of it already and like the results that clients are getting already like it's so I mean I know this stuff works and it's worked for me my whole like since i've started but like to see it in other people and the transformations that people are getting and what people are attracting and what they're the self worth that they're creating and the Money that they're attracting and the the relationships that they're attracting i'm like blown away Because there's no other subconscious reprogramming app. So this is In your back pocket you can do I literally am in the app like four or five times a day I do every morning every evening i'll have like an afternoon So it's like it's like literally my best friend to manifesting everything that I ever wanted because like we get triggered throughout the day Like we get anxiety we get triggered we get stressed we get and and then we have our coping mechanisms What could be food or it could be alcohol or it could be? Fighting with your partner, or it could be, um, you know, different things that we rely on to numb ourselves, but it's like if you heal from the trigger, then it will no longer trigger you. So, um, The app is there to help you heal any root cause of beliefs that you've created to be free, to be free of anxiety, to be free of stress, to be free of these limitations that you're putting on yourselves that's blocking you from creating your dream life. So, I, like, literally on the airplane here, I was, like, in the app, like, doing, like, all the healings. I, like, healed three limbing beliefs on that. Like on the way here on the, on the airplane. So it's like, I think I selflessly created it for myself. And then I'm like, wait, I need to create this for the world. And so it's really like, if you want to manifest money, if you want to manifest your dream body, if you do want to manifest now, like healing from mental health, like anxiety and stress, it's for all of that, it's like an elevated meditation app because meditation is maintenance, but subconscious reprogramming clears. So the way I. Brain subconscious reprogramming versus meditation is like imagine a wound. This is kind of gross But imagine you have like a cut in your leg and there's glass in it So meditation is just like putting a band aid over the cut and it's like it's like managing the stress. It's managing the anxiety it's managing the The delimbing beliefs. It's like putting a band aid over, so if like, you get triggered, it's like, maybe it might not hurt, or maybe it will. Where subconscious reprogramming is like, you, you take the wound, you take out the glass, you put on ointment, and then you put on stitches, and then you put on a band aid, so you heal. It is healed and cleared, so that if I say to you something that had been triggering you for your whole life, for example, I've always struggled with my skin. So, I had a limiting belief that was creating a reality where I had bad skin. So when I got to the root cause of why I was creating that the hormonal acne and cleared it, not only did my skin clear, but you could come up to me right now and say like, Oh, you have bad skin. And I would be like, Not like not really whereas like if you said that to me like five years ago I would have been like in tears for like five days like I would have like thrown me off But when you heal at the root cause then you become like limitless you become Indestructible like no one can hurt you because you have you and you are empowered to heal yourself And so it's like anytime I have a trigger come up I'm like you need something to heal so that I can become like the best A better, more healed version of me, so I can show up better for my clients, I can show up better for my partner, I can show up better for my family, so I just get to become more of me, because all these lemming beliefs that we've taken on aren't even ours in the first place, they're just things that we've learned that have been passed down that are not true, that are blocking us from creating the life that we desire, and we're just looking through life through lies, so we're seeing our reality as lies, like, you're not good enough, you're not worthy of this, you're not, Um, you're not pretty enough. You're not whatever because we've been told that once when we were younger and now we believe it to be true. And that's the reality that we're creating. So that's what I'm really like, super passionate about is helping people create the dream life. And I really have a belief that This, this soul purpose thing. I think we're all here to live out a soul purpose. And so if I can help you get aligned with your soul purpose, and then if one day you want to monetize it and like put it into a business, that's what I can help with as well. But at the end of the day, I just want you to feel in your soul home, in your soul purpose, with your soul mate, because what, like, what else is there? That's like, that's like, I think the three keys to happiness. Wow. Okay. This is so powerful. And also it's so true. If you feel that you're true to yourself and if you can heal through a lot of things that other people are telling you, maybe like you're not good enough, or maybe there are some other stuff that you think is true, but it isn't. For example, I was always suffering with like, I'm ugly, I'm not good enough. And if you go deeper and just see from where it came from, then you see like maybe it's because. Someone else told me, but with the app and I saw that also about money manifestations, it's so good to look at the app and just to try it out because they can help you to heal from what everyone else is telling you in the past. Try it out, guys. It's so good app. I tried it also like a couple of days ago and I really love it. So if you feel like, okay, I want to work on my mindset. I want to achieve something like money or. I want to have more self love. Just try it out. It's so important. But okay, before we're going to finish, I have an important question. So tell me, what are your next three goals for business, self love and fitness in short? Like the three goals first, like maybe business. Okay. My next business goal is to get the app to a thousand subscribers. Beautiful. My self love goal is to heal my inner child so much so that I don't need reassurance from anyone else that I can give myself that reassurance on my own. And, my fitness goal, honestly, is to make it to Bali and not turn into a freaking puffer fish. Because I inflamed so much on these flights and I'm like, how do I combat this inflammation? And, so I can feel good during and when I land and for the first couple days in Bali. Because it's like, it's not a joke. Yeah, that's important. And also we talked about it before we started the podcast. But just relax, get a massage and yeah, just try to like relax a little bit and be in our own zone. That's important. But it's so beautiful. And I'm so excited to see the whole process. And also guys, just like, Use the app, download it, it's so good. Also, thank you so much to be here on the podcast. I really love to, like, talk to you and hear about your story. And it's amazing what you already achieved. And it's maybe just the beginning. You have more. It is. Thank you. And I just want to mention that when you download the app, you do get a seven day free trial. So you're not locked in, you can try it out for yourself first. Um, and then you'll find out that you're going to love it. See, just don't laugh it now. Just do it now. Okay. Thank you. That's so sweet. Thank you so much to be here on the podcast and I will see you next time.
