Hello! My name is Stefanie Dingbaum, I am a mental health therapist & owner of Waves Healing Therapy. I am a mindset/manifestation coach & owner of Stefanie Dingbaum Clarity Coaching. I am passionate about helping individuals be their true authentic selves while also living out their dreams. Over the past 10 years of life I have gone through my own health journey, left a 9-5 job, started 2 businesses and as a result of all of this, I have become extremely passionate about personal/professional development, health/wellness, and healing the mind, body, and soul. I am passionate about getting to the root-cause of health issues as a result of my own health journey. I am also passionate about helping female entrepreneurs overcome a negative mindset so they can thrive in business and in life.
