[e42] Creativity and Intention: How Do You Want People to Feel?
As people who create things—whether we are creating art, ideas, or objects—we often (and rightly) focus on the content and material of what we're making. Even so, there's another question to consider: how do we want people to feel? What is our intention in creating this thing? What flavor, scent, experience, are we putting into the world? What is that element, dynamic, or value that we care about, and can we infuse our actions, activities, and creations with its essence?
