Michael is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor. He earned a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelors of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University. Michael has worked in a wide array of settings: behavioral health private practice, schools, residential treatment facility, and an inpatient treatment facility.
I completed my clinical training at Biola University/Rosemead School of Psychology, a theological (Christian) affiliated university with emphasis on classical and contemporary psychodynamic theory. My primary practice interests are in integrative psychology; multicultural psychology and psychodynamic theory; Christian theology and psychology; Buddhist psychology and western psychology; Christianity and Buddhism.
