Sammy Siegel is a former co worker of Jake's from OrangeTheory in North Carolina. Currently he is the owner of Empire Training Academy in Raleigh North Carolina. Empire focuses on strength training with a side of conditioning and is working on incorporating Hyrox focused classes to their schedule.
