Today we talk about easy, practical ways to practice spirituality in your everyday life, and the benefits of doing so. Sometimes people overthink what a "spiritual life" looks like, when really simplicity is key.

The six ways we discuss today are:

1. Starting each day with gratitude (and how simple yet powerful this is!)

2. Self-care/ Tending to your Temple. Taking care of ourselves through our food, sleep, movement/exercise, water intake, media consumption, mindset, etc. 

3. Blessing/Prayer/Intention Setting/Visualization/Manifestation. It's all so closely woven together, and oh so powerful when you use it correctly!

4. Meditation and Breathing. Even 5 minutes a day is a wonderful thing for grounding your mind, body, and soul into the present moment (which is where the magic lies).

5. Attitude of Gratitude/ Living in loving service. "Nothing better than love and service, Universally speaking." -Red Hot Chili Peppers, Universally Speaking.

Bonus:

6. Involving family, friends, and/or community in your practices. Having a spiritually connected home in the community is an amazing blessing if you find something you align with! Or simply meditating with your family once a week, making the time to connect on a much deeper level.
