[00:01:05] This is where we pause before we build,

[00:01:08] where we remember before we amplify

[00:01:12] today, I want to explore what it really means to amplify not by doing more or being louder, but by becoming coherent first.

[00:01:26] And at the end of this episode,

[00:01:28] I'll invite you into a simple Pause Practice one set of questions that helps you tune your state before you set intentions, make decisions, or amplify your voice.

[00:01:45] So let's begin.

[00:01:50] my word for the year is Amplify,

[00:01:53] And I chose it knowing that amplification can go in one of two [00:02:00] ways.

[00:02:00] It can become noise-

[00:02:01] scattered, reactive, exhausting,

[00:02:05] or it can become resonance-

[00:02:08] clear, grounded, magnetic.

[00:02:12] The difference isn't effort.

[00:02:15] It isn't strategy.

[00:02:17] It's state.

[00:02:19] I've been reflecting deeply on intention-

[00:02:23] not intention as a checklist or affirmation,

[00:02:27] but intention as a signal

[00:02:30] physicist Thomas Campbell, author of My Big Toe Theory of Everything offers a grounded way to understand this.

[00:02:39] He says that intention modifies future probability,

[00:02:44] not through force,

[00:02:46] not through wishful thinking.

[00:02:48] But through alignment when intention

[00:02:51] arises from coherence,

[00:02:53] from a state rooted in service clarity

[00:02:56] and the highest good,

[00:02:59] it changes what [00:03:00] becomes possible.

[00:03:02] Not because you push harder,

[00:03:05] but because you are broadcasting differently.

[00:03:11] This is where many of us get tripped up.

[00:03:13] We think intention is about declaring what we want

[00:03:17] and then mentally trying to make it happen.

[00:03:20] But that's not intention-

[00:03:23] that's control.

[00:03:26] True intention doesn't demand

[00:03:28] it listens first.

[00:03:31] It comes from intuition rather than the thinking mind

[00:03:37] from the heart rather than the ego.

[00:03:41] You can't amplify a distorted signal.

[00:03:45] You can turn up the volume,

[00:03:47] but If the frequency is off.

[00:03:49] All you get is static.

[00:03:52] Amplification without coherence is noise.

[00:03:58] Amplification from [00:04:00] coherence becomes resonance.

[00:04:06] This is where remembrance comes in

[00:04:10] not becoming,

[00:04:11] not striving,

[00:04:12] remembering,

[00:04:14] remembering who you are beneath the noise

[00:04:19] before the pressure,

[00:04:22] before the performance.

[00:04:25] This is what I mean by knowingness.

[00:04:28] Knowingness isn't certainty.

[00:04:31] It doesn't need proof or guarantees.

[00:04:35] It's a calm, steady recognition:

[00:04:39] this fits.

[00:04:40] This is true.

[00:04:42] This is aligned.

[00:04:45] It lives in the body, not the argument.

[00:04:50] You've probably felt it-

[00:04:53] that quiet click of recognition that doesn't need explanation.[00:05:00] 

[00:05:01] That's the state from which intention becomes so powerful.

[00:05:07] This is why pause matters so deeply in my work.

[00:05:12] Pause isn't passive.

[00:05:15] It's not stopping life.

[00:05:18] Pause is where coherence lives.

[00:05:21] When the nervous system settles...

[00:05:24] when the heart and mind synchronize...

[00:05:27] when reactivity softens...

[00:05:31] that's when intention stops being mental

[00:05:35] and starts becoming embodied.

[00:05:39] And here's what I've learned again and again:

[00:05:43] the amplification you're seeking doesn't start with strategy.

[00:05:48] It starts with state

[00:05:51] who you are before you choose what to amplify-

[00:05:56] that's everything.

[00:05:59] So before [00:06:00] we close,

[00:06:00] I want to offer you a Pause Practice you can return to any time-

[00:06:07] especially before you make a decision, set a goal, or amplify your voice.

[00:06:16] I invite you to take a deep breath,

[00:06:21] let your body settle.

[00:06:24] Now gently ask yourself

[00:06:27] not to answer,

[00:06:28] not to analyze,

[00:06:30] just to notice.

[00:06:33] What state am I living from most often right now?

[00:06:41] What experiences do I want to feel more of- not someday, but in my days?

[00:06:54] How do I want to contribute- in a way that feels clean, [00:07:00] true, and in service?

[00:07:07] And as you stay here for another moment let this final question land

[00:07:14] softly,

[00:07:18] how am I magnetically attracting the right people and circumstances through the state I'm living in?

[00:07:32] Notice what shifts in your body, in your breath, in your awareness.

[00:07:44] You don't need clarity yet.

[00:07:47] You are tuning the signal

[00:07:50] and intention when it comes from coherence responds differently.[00:08:00] 

[00:08:00] That noticing is already shifting probability

[00:08:07] and your state is a signal you amplify.

[00:08:13] 

[00:08:14] Your pause is your compass.
