As a Personal Trainer and Entrepreneur, Tanner will share with you his knowledge and expertise around creating a transformative lifestyle that’s functional and sustainable. As a Registered Psychotherapist, Tayler will share her knowledge on wellness, relationships, and self awareness. Through diverse and sometimes chaotic conversations, we’ll be able to share with you our individual personalities and friendship.

18: Overachieving and not feeling good enough
After a small hiatus, we are back!
As we come back from a tumultuous few weeks, we thought it would be helpful to provide you all with some insight into our personal lives and how we tackle the idea of overachieving. This is something we have both dealt with the majority of our lives and still work to understand today.
In this powerfully vulnerable and honest episode we explore the ongoing journey of overachieving and not feeling good enough. Sharing our own experiences of this work in progress, of trying to refrain from basing our worth on our achievements and productivity, and instead on feeling worthy and proud of our accomplishments. Learning to enjoy the process and progress just as much as the end result.
We share what an overachiever is, our versions of the pros and cons, the signs of being an overachiever, as well as strategies to use when we catch ourselves in these states of mind.
