As we approach the holiday season, we thought it would be important to chat about how someone can successfully track their progress beyond the scale.
We briefly reflect on our personal experiences before Tayler asks Tanner (long standing personal trainer and now entering his first bodybuilding comp) essential questions about how to effectively monitor your health and fitness journey without the number on a scale defining your success.
You will learn how to track your progress using various strategies including tracking body measurements, monitoring energy levels, assessing how your clothes fit, and taking away key indicators on what to look for when tracking progress beyond the scale.
Tayler takes the opportunity to apply her Psychotherapeutic background to wrap up with a deep question on WHY we attach our self-worth and value to our weight. How can we do inner work as well as outer work? Can we do both at the same time? Listen and find out!
