Does this case sound familiar to you? You put a lot of work into your self-growth (physically and mentally) but despite all of that effort and time invested, maybe you don’t feel like you’re getting where you want to go. Maybe still lacking discipline on simple things, still stuck facing the same hardships and problems, still living at a fraction of your potential. If this is so, you’re not alone.

This used to be us! The issue was that everything we were learning wasn’t being implemented even though we thought it was. When it comes to what we’re learning, we oversaturate ourselves with ‘stuff’. We put in the effort to acquire more information only for it to slowly wash away without it being put to use. This is why we experience a plateau.

These frustrating moments when progress seems to stall in both our workouts and our personal lives. We both share our personal experiences with plateaus, especially very recently, and what we learnt from those times to use for now and the future
