As a Personal Trainer and Entrepreneur, Tanner will share with you his knowledge and expertise around creating a transformative lifestyle that’s functional and sustainable. As a Registered Psychotherapist, Tayler will share her knowledge on wellness, relationships, and self awareness. Through diverse and sometimes chaotic conversations, we’ll be able to share with you our individual personalities and friendship.

33: Life is HARD and That’s GOOD...
In this week's episode, we switch gears and redirect our focus to mental health. We take you through the topic of struggle and what it is.
Struggle is a significant driver to personal growth. Why? Because it forces us to self advocate, adapt, learn, and develop resilience. Overcoming challenges (especially unexpected ones) pushes us out of our comfort zones, teaches us how to find solutions, gives us the chance to practice gratitude, and helps us build stronger character traits and values.
We break down what struggle is, why it is an important determinant to a fulfilling life, what it can help us gain, and how we can purposefully implement struggle into our daily life to prepare for bigger and more brutal situations. And of course, we share our personal experiences with adversity in hopes of continuing to build a relationship with you our listeners.
