Angela Ferrell-Zabala serves as the first ever Executive Director of Moms Demand Action where she is responsible for leading and growing the largest grassroots network in the gun violence prevention space. Angela has been with the organization since 2019 leading its movement building work overseeing grassroots organizing, external, cultural and corporate engagement, and national partnerships and programming.
Angelica Jimenez, Esq. is a Florida immigration attorney and the founder of the Law Offices of Angelica Jimenez, a law firm based in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
Anna Rupani serves as the first Executive Director of Fund Texas Choice, the oldest statewide practical support abortion organization in Texas. She is a born and raised Texan, a first-generation Pakistani American, and a proud Muslim.
She has spent almost her entire career in social justice work. Her family’s experience with the immigration system put Anna on the track to practice immigration and family law, where she focused on supporting undocumented immigrant survivors of trauma, domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault.
Right before her arrival to Fund Texas Choice, Anna also worked with minors dealing with the immigration system at the height of child separation. She received her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law, her Master's in Social Work from Florida State University, and her Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from Boston College.
Ariana Akbari is the founder and executive director of Climate Justice Texas, the only youth-focused environmental advocacy and conservation education organization based on the petrochemical frontlines of East Texas.
