She has worked as a school psychologist in Cambridge, MA, and as a clinician and researcher at Boston Children’s Hospital. Nicole specializes in educational assessments, school program evaluations, and consultation services for students and families. Her work has been published in leading psychology journals, and she has presented at national and international conferences.

William "Biff" Maier

William (Biff) Maier is an administrator at Lexington Montessori School in Massachusetts, where he also co-directs the Montessori Elementary Teacher Training Collaborative (METTC). Biff has been involved with Montessori since 1974. He presents professional development seminars and workshops, consults with schools, and mentors teachers.In 2021 he received the AMS Living Legacy Award.
