In this episode, I get REAL vulnerable with you about how I struggle with an addictive personality. I share my journey with being addicted to THC for 7 years and how I was able to work through that habit and quit cold turkey over a year ago. I dive into the feelings of losing/having no control over yourself, how those feelings are reappearing for me with new patterns of addiction I am struggling with, and what I am doing to be consciously aware moving forward. I also cover the science of how habits are formed including the four elements of a habit and how to use that information to build new habits and break old ones.
