Bex O'Malley

Bex O’Malley is a Neurodiversity Consultant and ADHD Coach with Human Fabric, where she helps people and organisations bridge the gap between people, systems, and change — creating workplaces that work for all brains.

After nearly two decades in fast-paced corporate environments, she knows firsthand how traditional ways of working can unintentionally push neurodivergent people toward burnout.

Her own late ADHD diagnosis was a turning point. It helped her understand that what looked like “burnout” wasn’t about working too hard — it was about working in a way that constantly fought against how her brain was wired. That insight changed everything — in how she works, leads, and supports others. Now, through Human Fabric, she coaches individuals and teams to move from self-criticism to self-understanding, from masking to thriving, and from reactive change to intentional design.
