Payam is a Construction and Real Estate Development professional with over a decade of experience in various projects. His expertise comes from his exposure to multiple aspects of the industry, such as Engineering, Management Consulting, Construction Management, Development Management, and Private Equity Investments.
Hoordad Ghandehari is a registered architect in Canada, is one of the two founding partners of Icon Architects, which has been in business since 2008, almost 16 years. what they specialize in, is multi-family and mixed-use high-rise, midrise and low-rise architecture. Their firm has won numerous design awards, and is considered one the leading firms in the city. Icon Architects has over a dozen built communities, and is currently handling over 60 multi-family projects, spanning from Oshawa to the east, and Niagara Falls to the west, with the majority of their work being concentrated in the GTA.
Hoordad is a graduate of Melli University in Iran and McGill University in Montreal, holding two masters’ degrees in architecture from the two universities. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Yonge North York Business Improvement Area, and is also a guest lecturer for architecture students at George Brown College.
