Welcome back everybody to another episode. Now it's a mini episode of advice from a call center geek the call center contact center podcast. We try to give you some action by items. Take back in your contact center, prove the overall quality, prove the agent experience. We'll improve your customer experience as well. My name is Tom Laird. I hope everybody's doing well and I'm super excited about the announcement that that we're gonna make.

If you just kind of listen to the pre-roll ad, you kind of have an idea of what I'm gonna talk about. But we've just launched auto QA oh to OTT, oh QA. And we didn't plan on on Making a product, creating a platform. We were using chat, gpt for AI for our BPO clients and realize, oh my gosh, I think this could have a really huge impact, especially on smaller contact centers, right? So I'm not going after anyone. That's enterprise. If you're under 50 seats, if you're using like Excel and Google sheets, I think we got something kind of cool for you. But before you can get into that, I want you to to head over, if you have not done it yet, to auto OTT oh, qa, calm. And all we need is your email address. I'm not looking for you know your name and your address and your phone number. I just need your email and then you're gonna be part of our pre-launch community.

So, with this pre-launch community, we're gonna have a private discord. We're gonna have private AMAs. The first one's actually gonna be Friday. We're gonna give away Actual chat GPT prompt just specifically for your QA that you can use, which will be really, really cool and it's just gonna be for this community and, and if you would like to be part of our alpha or beta testing for this as well, I'm really excited about what we've done with this. You know I've talked a couple times with the RQA. Staff has been so Fired up with this like I'm gonna call like 10 o'clock at night, be like hey, tom, listen, what do you think of this? Or we? I just did this, so I think it's it's something that's gonna be really cool.
