004: Goal Setting Strategies for Mid Year Success
In this episode, we will cover goal setting strategies for remainder of the year, exploring why some people achieve their goals while others fall short. We'll share compelling statistics, practical tips, and fun cheer stories from middle school.
I'll be going over 3 main topics on how to be sucessful the second half of the year and the 3R Framework that my clients use each week to evaluate where they are on their goals.
- Reflect on the goals you set at the beginning of the year. Are they still relevant? Do they need adjustment?
- Find an accountability partner and set up regular check-ins.
- Write down your goals if you haven't already, and make them specific and challenging.
