034: Should I hire a fitness coach during pregnancy? Client interview with Jackie W.

In today’s episode, I’m sharing a powerful conversation with my sweet client and friend, Jackie—who has been a part of the Chaselynn Fitness community for the past four months. She’s currently six months pregnant, and her story is one of resilience, mindset shifts, and learning how to give herself grace while still showing up with intention.

Jackie opens up about what it looked like to transition from a high-performance lifestyle—think scuba diving, jumping out of planes, and intense gym sessions—to honoring her body through pregnancy. She talks about overcoming an eating disorder, leaving corporate life, and how fitness became less about “getting back to her old body” and more about showing up for her future self (and baby girl).
