Hello! My name is Lamia, and I'm an anti-diet coach and certified intuitive eating counselor based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Originally from Tunisia, I hold a PhD in Health Informatics with a specialization in eHealth solutions and online lifestyle support.

I specialize in helping busy professionals and high-achieving women find food freedom and build trust in themselves, not just around food, but in all aspects of their lives. My approach emphasizes the importance of food freedom, as our cognitive biases often hold us back from making meaningful changes in our relationship with food and life.

I am a certified psychologist based in Amsterdam, originally from Mexico, with extensive international experience. Having lived in various countries including Germany, Peru, Turkey, and now the Netherlands, I understand the challenges of adapting to new cultures and languages. I am also a certified intuitive eating counselor, helping people improve their relationship with food, their bodies, and exercise.

Drawing from my own journey, I offer a compassionate approach to help people navigate the complexities of life abroad. With over a decade of experience in diverse cultural settings and four years running my private practice, I am dedicated to supporting individuals in building resilience and self-compassion to thrive in unfamiliar environments.
