Elizabeth Hawkins, PhD
I am a licensed psychologist, a researcher, and a food allergy parent. Those three things are not separate, they inform each other in ways that shape everything about how I work. Over more than two decades of clinical practice I have built a broad foundation in cognitive-behavioral therapies, attachment theory, family systems, mindfulness, and behavioral skills training, and I have always been drawn to the places where psychological expertise and real human experience converge.
Food allergy psychology has become a significant and growing part of my practice, grounded in personal experience alongside my clinical work. That combination shapes how I understand what my clients are carrying, not just clinically, but from the inside out. It is the foundation for the groups and programs I am building.
