You'd think that the leaner you get, the better you'd feel about your body. And sometimes that's true. But what nobody talks about is that for a lot of women, the opposite happens. You lose the weight, and somehow you're picking yourself apart more than when you started. 

It's actually a real thing; your brain can take up to 30 months to catch up with the changes in your body. So today, I'm breaking down why this happens and giving you some things you can do right now to stop being at war with yourself while you're literally crushing your goals.
